Here it comes, the cold grated Chitose Tsuru that I was addicted to before.
What a surprise, I found it in the supermarket in my neighborhood.
The refrigerator problem (conflict in the limited storage space) occurs, but I decided to evacuate the unopened one to the vegetable room and bought it.
The aroma is mild. It is gentle.
When you put it in your mouth, the gentle taste of rice spreads slowly.
It is still easy to drink.
This is the time of year when many delicious sakes come out.
There is a tendency to have too much sake to drink, and the time spent in the liquor store tends to be prolonged because of the confusion.
If you can drink a good sake, you will be pleasantly and softly drunk and ready to do your best again tomorrow, right?
You want to savor it slowly, but when it's good, you can't help but go on drinking.
