Well, this time it's everyone's favorite, rice wine.
I didn't go out to buy sake, but it falls under the category of 'brands I buy when I find them'.
You can feel the sweetness from the aroma. The sourness seems to be a little stronger than regular Tasake, but I like it that way.
And it's so easy to drink!
I'm sure it'll be even easier to drink tomorrow!
On the second day, as expected, the sake broke up more quickly than on the first day, but it also had a softer, rounder feel to it.
The liquor store I always go to sometimes has it.
They don't announce it much, but by the time they do, there's not much left, so I buy it when I see it.
On a different note, I've been trying not to eat too much rice because I've been gaining weight lately, but I've come to the conclusion that if I drink a lot of sake, won't the result be the same? That's the question I came up with.
I washed the cup I used the other day and used it as a cup to drink sake, which is the best way to pour sake at once.
But it's good sake.
No doubt about it.
