There are only three days left in this year. It's snowing too much here. Every year around this time, we have a year-end party at the company, and it was held online as last year. I mute everyone except the speaker, but when I do speak, I'm not sure if my voice is getting through. Now, this time, it's Fuji Masamune. It is a brand that I drank the other day and enjoyed very much. Sweet aroma. It's like a candy. Just like cotton candy. It's not often that the word "sweets" is used in sake, is it? When you put it in your mouth, it just goes right in. Very easy to drink. It doesn't have that "pichiswa" feeling, but it's something you can gulp down. It is indeed Fuji Masamune. The label doesn't change that much, but the taste is very different, which is interesting. If I could store any number of bottles in my refrigerator, I would want this brand to be in there all the time. That's how much I like it. It's been a while since I've updated, but I'm doing well. Tomorrow is the last day of work. There are too many people in Susukino, so I won't be going out for a drink, but I will come home early and drink some sake. I can drink Fuji Masamune anytime, but it's already empty. Such a sake. Cheers.

It's hard to keep up to date. But that doesn't mean I haven't been drinking, so it piles up, and the memories fade. It's been a little while since I drank, but I'll write. Well, this time it's Kenkunichi. It's my first time to drink Usu-nigori. The aroma is fresh and already delicious. When you put it in your mouth, the stimulation of the swooshiness comes, but it's very gentle. It's not pichiswa, but swoosh. If I may say so, it is fresh wa. I don't have a word for it. But right after that, the flavor of the rice comes. I knew it was amazing, Qiankunichi. Today, I asked my wife to buy me something delicious. But now that I think about it, I remember she said something like Hassen or Kenkunichi. When I went to pay the bill with a bottle of Ken-Kun-Ichi in my hand, the clerk asked me if I'd like to see the one I bought yesterday that wasn't on the shelf yet. So I'm sure I was the first person drinking this in this neighborhood at that time. Later story. I bought a second bottle because it was so good that it ran out quickly. I don't often buy the same thing in a row, but this one is so good, I can't help it. Such a sake. Cheers.

It's so cold in Sapporo today. It's going to snow tomorrow, so it's depressing. I'm sure it will pile up. When I was shoveling the snow in front of my house at the end of last year, I got a hunchback, so I don't want to grab a shovel if I can help it, but I can't say so. Now, this time, it is Drunken Whale of Kochi Prefecture. I was curious and bought it because I heard that it used the ginpu of Hokkaido. First of all, the aroma is dry. When I put it in my mouth, I feel a pleasant rice hello. Immediately after, a faint stimulation comes after the feeling, and the flavor of the rice spreads in the mouth and fluffs out. That's what you'd expect from a Hokkaido rice Ginpu! The second day. It has become rounder. It's easy to drink, and the rice flavor seems to have spread more than yesterday. Recently, I've been able to leave it until the second day. Once I started to understand how good it tastes after the second day, I started to feel like it would be a waste to finish it in one day. But I can't help it, I can't help it. Sure enough, it didn't last more than 3 days. It's delicious. Such a drink. Cheers.

On a personal note, it was a real pleasure to meet Hassen this year. I enjoyed almost all the sake I drank, but Hassen was a special hit for me. I'm sorry I've never had it before. This time, it's an oriental version of the nouveau I drank the other day. I couldn't go and buy it myself because I had to work, so I asked my wife to go and buy it for me. And apparently, it was the last one. If I hadn't asked her to go, it would have been sold out. So let's try it. The smell is sweet! Just the right amount of apple scent to be incredibly comforting. Green apple-like. The slight stimulation is pleasant. It's not tangy or swoony, but it's light and gentle on the tongue, thank you. I really like it. According to the liquor store, Hassen is popular among men. I think it's supposed to come out this weekend, isn't it? I'm going to the liquor store this weekend. Last weekend I thought it was about time to buy some sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays, so I bought some stupid stuff. I'll post about it at the end and beginning of the year. Anyway, Hassen is too good. Such a sake. Cheers.

So I look up to the heavens every day and wonder why I'm so busy. New Year's Eve is a big event, isn't it? Well, this time, I was lucky enough to get my hands on some collage card. It was one of the last bottles. I already had it without any hesitation. Thank you very much. So let's go. It smells a little like semedyne. I don't seem to mind the smell of Cemedine. When you put it in your mouth, you'll get a tangy and refreshing feeling. And gentle. The sweetness comes softly and gently, and the flavor spreads out and breaks easily. Ah, it's delicious. Let's leave it. So, the second day. Ah, it's delicious. (Vocabulary) It's the kind of sake I'd like to take with me as a souvenir when I go to someone's house. And I'd like to have it myself. And recently, Origarami is delicious. I'm always wondering what I should buy, whether it's nama-shu or origarami. I'd like to choose a sake from a region I've never tried before, but Collage is a good stopper, so I'll keep drinking it. Such a sake. Cheers.

I've been skipping updates. It's not that I haven't been drinking. That's it, it's because of the annual Master's Day. This time, it's my first Amabuki. The name is good, isn't it? A daiginjo in love with winter, very nice! The aroma is slightly sweet with a subtle alcohol smell. When I put it in my mouth, it is quite strong sake feeling for me. The taste of the rice lingers all the way through, this is intoxicating. I have a feeling that it would be better for me to let it sit for a while and let it settle down. One day later. I was right. It suddenly became easy to drink. The flavor of the rice is mellow and delicious. I'm sure the two of them must have gotten to know each other over the years. That is my fantasy. The seasonal label is also fun. Unexpectedly, I often think, "Let's choose this one! There are a lot of things that happen. I'd like to drink sake from other Kyushu regions, too. Such sake. Cheers.

Last time, I couldn't forget the Hachisen Nouveau, so I went to the liquor store, but they were already sold out, so I bought a bottle of Mutsu Otokoyama from the same Hachinohe Shuzo, but there was actually another sake I bought. Yes, it's my first bottle. I haven't been able to solve the refrigerator problem, but this Midori label is a once-hi-ire. The liquor store said that refrigeration is recommended, but it's fine in a cool place, so I bought it. Since the label is Midori, I took this picture with my green car. I think I'll take more photos of the sake bottles outdoors in the future. So, let's go. It smells a little like semedyne. I don't mind it. And when you put it in your mouth, it's not tangy or sizzling, but again, it's just a little bit stimulating, and it spreads a pleasant sweetness in your mouth, which is a nice feeling. It's still delicious. It's not as fruity or swoony as the Nouveau, but it's also delicious. It's the kind of wine that makes you drink more and more. I noticed that the bottle was getting smaller and smaller. But I didn't have a hangover the next day. It's the best! So, I'm hooked. I want to drink it all the time, I want to drink it every day. That kind of sake. Cheers.

It has finally snowed in Sapporo. I thought it would melt yesterday, but it didn't completely disappear. I'm already scared to drive because I'm a scared person. Well, the other day Hassen Nouveau was so delicious that I couldn't resist going to the liquor store, but it was already sold out. When I was sad, I bought Mutsu Otokoyama, which was recommended by the same brewery as being similar but not as sweet. The label is so different that it's hard to believe it's the same brewery. It's interesting. Let's have a look. The aroma is refreshing and fresh. It has a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, the sweetness spreads. You can also feel the alcohol feeling, but it is just right. If there is too little alcohol feeling, it will be gummy, so that is just right. The second day. The alcohol feeling that I could firmly feel has gone away. Hence, it went away nicely. Too tasty. It is indeed a sake brewery that brews Hassen. It's my favorite one. I'm so happy these days because every sake I taste is delicious. I can't help but look forward to some of the miracle-hit sakes that I haven't had yet. In the meantime, I'll definitely continue to drink Hachinohe Shuzo. Such sake. Cheers.

It's Friday in a flash. It's been a fast week. Recently, my subordinate asked me, "What song is that? My subordinate asks me, "What song is that? It seems I'm tired. Now, this time, it's Kagamiyama. I can't leave the words "new sake" and "freshly pressed" out of my mouth, can I? The aroma is a little alcoholic, probably because it is 17 degrees. It is slightly tangy. It's not nearly as sizzling. The sweetness spreads, and it doesn't feel like it's that high in alcohol. It is crisp and easy to drink. The second day. It has come. It has mellowed and is suddenly much easier to drink. It's starting to feel more alcoholic, but the sweetness is still there, so it's a good mix. Sake can really be enjoyed all year round, can't it? It's deep, too deep. I've had hangovers from drinking too many beers, too many highballs, and too much wine, but for some reason I've never had that problem with sake. It seems to suit my body. I want to drink more new sake. Such sake. Cheers.

The snow flickered. And the temperature has dropped drastically. I'm quite hot, so I tend to wear light outerwear until the last minute, but I feel like I'm already at the last minute. What should I wear when I go outside? I'm lost. Well, this time, it's a Kamikimoto that I wasn't planning to buy. It has a refreshing aroma. There is a slight tang of sake, but it doesn't bother me. It is round. It is interesting that there is a slight gap between the aroma and the flavor. Slowly the flavor spreads to the mouth and you can enjoy the aftertaste. It's really cheap, less than 1,000 yen, and you can get change for 1,000 yen, and it exists in a 4-pack bottle. So, when you see a sake that is the best in terms of cost, there's no reason not to buy it, right? So I bought it. I can't help it, I think everyone will buy it. The second day. The initial attack is gone, and it's more rounded and easier to drink. No, it's really cheap. I'm glad, it's eco-friendly for my wallet. This brewery makes a lot of different kinds of sake, and it's fun. I'll buy more. That kind of sake. Cheers.

Now that it's getting colder, I wonder if it's possible to store some of the unpasteurized sake under the rim? I wondered if it would be possible to store the sake bottles that don't fit in the fridge there. So I threw the thermometer under the rim, and after a few minutes, I found it was 15 degrees Celsius. Yes, too bad. Now, this is my first Hassen. I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The label is blue and sparkling, so it's cool. It's almost a jacket buy. I'll have some. A fresh, crisp, fresh scent. Gentle. There is almost no alcohol smell. The taste is pizzazz! Sweet and fruity. I wonder if it's apple. Easy to drink. I was thinking, "This is going to go fast," but it's gone faster than ever. I want a bottle of this (leaving aside the storage space issue). Worst case scenario, I'm thinking of storing it in the garage or outside. This time, Hassen was so good that I put it in my Hall of Fame. I am happy to report that it has been certified as a brand I will definitely buy when I see it. I want to go to Aomori. Such a sake. Cheers.

This is a series of brands I've been drinking. My son and I went to the park today and climbed on the playground equipment, but I hit my head as hard as I could on the bars, which I couldn't see because of the backlighting, so my neck is slightly shorter than usual (I think). Now, this time it's Izumihashi Sake Brewery. The aroma is almost nonexistent. But when you put it in your mouth, a good sweetness combined with freshness spreads and disappears. I might want to leave this for a day. The recommendation is to warm it up lukewarm, so I warm it up for the first time. What a surprise! The aroma is intoxicating. The taste has also become less angular, and I can now drink it easily. It's the kind of thing that jolts your memory. The second day. I can't smell it. Hmm? I think I drank too much yesterday. But it's delicious in the mouth. It's finished lightly. I heard that this label usually has a dragonfly on it, but this time the egg has eyes. Yes, it's a dragonfly of the future. It's a stylish label with a sense of fun. Next time, I want to drink the label with an adult dragonfly on it. Such a sake. Cheers.

The pace of my drinking has quickened again recently, and I haven't been able to keep up with my records on Sake-no-Wa. Is it the same for everyone? I'd like to record them before I forget, while my memory is still strong, but I'm limited to five. More than that, I forget. Now, this time, I'd like to talk about snowdrifts in Oze. I was attracted by the word "melon" and bought it. It is sweet from the aroma. It's really melon and fruity. No gas feeling. Let's try it. The melon spreads in your mouth. It's so good! So easy to drink! So I was really hoping for a second day, but my wife got hooked and it was gone soon lol. So I can't write much about it. I want to drink it well this time. Such a drink. Cheers.

It's getting colder by the minute. It is said that there will be a lot of snow this winter. I am depressed from now. Now, this is the first time to visit the south. It is a very popular blue bottle. It has a slightly tannic aroma. You can feel the dry taste. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight swoosh for a moment. Then, it goes away quickly. Very refreshing. Delicious! The flavor of the rice is pleasantly felt with the aroma that spreads fluently. The second day. Yes, it's delicious. I knew it already. Overall, it has settled down, but the aftertaste is more pleasant. It's a brand that I want to drink again. I've never been to Wakayama Prefecture, but I do have a long, thin panda sounding soft stick toy from Adventureland that I got from a friend. When my son was younger than he is now, he loved it. It's one of the places I'd like to visit someday. It brought back memories. Such a drink. Cheers.

I didn't know it, but it's a brewery that makes sake for glasses. I was connected. I'm not a glasses user, so I thought I wasn't allowed to drink it, but it seems that's not the case. Well, this time it's Hagino Tsuru from Hagino Sake Brewery. From the aroma, you can feel the raw sake. If you inhale deeply, you can feel a slight alcohol smell. Let's try it. It has a nice sweetness from the tip of the tongue. When I look back, I have many opportunities to drink sake from the Tohoku region, and I love Tohoku. I can't say it well, but I feel the tenderness at the end of the cut. I don't know what it is. I like it. I don't get tired of drinking it, or rather, I want to drink it for a long time, though it disappears soon. It would be better if I could drink it slowly, but I can't adjust the amount well. I want to drink other brands of this brand, I will. Such sake. Cheers.

Can I go home for New Year's Eve this year? Before corona, I always went back to my wife's parents' house, but now that my son is grown up, I want to show him my face. It is said that the number of infected people will increase again in December, but I'm sure it's because more people will go home. Hmm, I'm not sure. Now, this is the second time I've seen Koyogiku. When I went to the liquor store without thinking, I found it was the last bottle. I bought it without hesitation. I was shocked before drinking it. I took off the black plastic thing around the lid, and the lid flew off! I was about to get a blow from the lid. I was almost hit by the lid. Welcome to the sweet atmosphere. When I touched my tongue, I felt a strong carbonated water feeling. It's so carbonated. The sweetness spreads instantly in your mouth, but it's not too sweet and you find yourself wanting another sip. The alcohol content is also low at 13, so this will be gone in no time. It's very just the right amount of sweetness, and it cuts right through. It's beautiful. No longer art. As long as you are careful when opening the bottle, you can drink as much as you want. Next time, I'll open it carefully. Such a sake. Cheers.

I went to a liquor store the other day, and to my surprise, they had TATENOGAWA no Muga! What a surprise! I bought it immediately. I thought it was something you could only buy on the internet around here, but I was finally able to find it. The aroma is definitely fresh. It feels like fresh sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the peachy-sweetness and the umami comes immediately. You will be intoxicated by the aftertaste. Recently, I have been drinking a lot of sake that can be cut quickly, but this aftertaste is gentle. And it is comfortable. After all, I love Tatenogawa Sake Brewery. The second day. The aroma has become milder. As expected, it has become mellow and easy to drink. The stimulation of the first day has rounded off, and it has become very easy to drink. Now that I've had the brown bottle, I want to try the black and clear. It would be nice if they carried those in the future as well. It's Saturday in a flash. I've been going to the city library every weekend lately. It's mostly books that my son wants to borrow. We've been borrowing books about flags from all over the place. Today, for some reason, I borrowed a book about monsters, so I feel like I'm entering a new field. I feel that the day is not far off when the books I borrow will be dyed from national flags to yokai. Now, this is another series of omissions. It was a night with a beautiful moon, so I bought this sake with a lovely label. The aroma is rather strong. The alcohol is a little high at 17 degrees, so I wonder if that's why. It feels hard to drink, but it goes down easy. The flavor of the rice comes to the fore, but it is still easy to drink. It makes me wonder why I haven't had it before. Because of this situation, we ran out of this one the same day we opened it. Apparently, if you run out on the same day you open the bottle, it tends to be too late to record it on Sake No Wa. The sky is the peak of the Taurus meteor shower. I hope we can see it in Sapporo tonight. At any rate, I drink this brand again. I might want it in a bottle. Such a sake. Cheers.

It's raining in Sapporo today. It's been raining since this morning, and the wind was really strong. It's finally settled down. Now, I'm going to tell you what I drank this time, because I didn't mention it. It was my first time at the Daishichi Sake Brewery. My wife got it at the pre-sale. (Usually I'm the only one who buys it, and I get an air of "Did you buy it again? (Normally, I'm the only one who buys it, so she gives me the impression that she's buying it again, but it's a good trend.) There is almost no scent. It comes in quickly and goes away quickly. It's mild and mellow. That's it for my impressions. There's a reason why it's short. It was too easy to drink, and since we were both going through it, it was empty immediately. That's why it was so easy to drink. I wanted to see how it tasted on the second day. Such a drink. Cheers.

I went to the parent-child test for the National Flag Test. I'm glad that my son enjoyed it. Surprisingly, he didn't make a fuss and he seemed to understand it well. He is growing up. However, the venue, Hokkaido University, was cold and the classroom was hard to find, it was like a labyrinth. I hope it will be a different venue next time. This time, we used a fantastic rice called "Shinryoku" from Miyagi prefecture. It seems to be the root of Koshihikari. And it's flat milled rice. It has almost no aroma. Just a little bit, like neat fruity. The taste is refreshing! Dry and crisp. It has a light sweetness that spreads lightly and disappears with a hint of alcohol. It's a little different from the Kon-kunichi I know, but it's round and easy to drink, probably because it was brewed once. Limited edition sake makes me happy when I can get my hands on it. I tend to only drink limited edition sake, so I may not be able to drink the base sake as much as I would like. Is that a bad way to go? But I do drink a lot of Kon-Kun-Ichi, so I'm glad to be able to drink something with so many different flavors. Sapporo has finally lifted its restrictions. I want to go drink, but I'm still a little worried. But if I do go, I'd like to go to a place that has Kenkunichi. That kind of sake. Cheers.
