We tasted four brands, but chose Kinjaku, a junmai daiginjo and the most difficult to obtain, out of respect. We had it at the Iwakuni City Tourist Exchange Center "Honke Matsugane" just a short walk from the Kintai Bridge. Otter Otter: clear, tasty, and slightly classic. Ganki - clean, slightly sweet, umami with a hint of sourness Gobashi Sukkiri Slightly sweet-umami with a hint of sourness Kinjaku Sukkiri Slightly sweet-odd, with a stronger sweetness than the others I often feel that junmai daiginjos are more refreshing, but this one was the sweetest of the four, and had a very exceptional taste. Officially, it is described as a "sip tasting," but it came poured into a nice sake cup made by a local potter. The service was not very good, as we had to order only once and no additional drinks were accepted, even though there were two of us. If it's one brewery and up to five drinks per person, I think it's fine for two people to order one drink separately....

Nf bapak, good evening 😃. Oh! Mr. Matsugane‼️ stopped by two years ago on a trip to the Chugoku region 🤗. It wasn't like that when we were there 😅I guess they have more customers 🤔.

Jay & Nobby Good evening. There is a Golden Sparrow that is difficult to obtain and you may have a lot of trouble. It was the same with other specialties, and two people who came later also offered two tickets for the same thing, and they were corrected....
