Takehaha by Kazuma Sake Brewery was brewed at Yoshida Sake Brewery in Tedorigawa as part of the first phase of Makuake's "Stop Noto's Sake" project. This is one of the bottles we ordered from Wajima, along with the second batch of raw sake.
I had read in a book about the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery that "Yumasaru-shu" means "sake that makes you drink a lot," and while there is nothing spectacular or outstanding about this Takeha original recipe reproduction, there is something about it that captures and holds your attention. It is simply delicious. It is simply delicious.
