I got another bottle from an acquaintance who lives in Nagai City! I've let it sit for a while, but I'll take it 🙏. The mouthfeel is sweet with a hint of fruit, but with a refreshing finish. Not too spectacular, but beautifully tasty as always ✨. It just seems to be a mid-palate, with an even more refined flavor! (I bet 😆) Souup, after all, is good ☺.

At the beginning of this week, I went to Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture. Even though I took the Shinkansen, it was still a long way and tiring. Well, I decided to go to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near where I was staying. We were full, but we had some yakitori and some local sake 🍶. I found out from my preliminary research that there is a sake from Kameyama called Uki Momiji🍁 on .........😃. It is sold by Yamagataya Sake Shop in Kameyama City, but manufactured by Wakabisu Sake Brewery in Iga, according to the website. I ordered it with yakitori (grilled chicken) and to my surprise it came with an atmospheric Masu ✨. The first sip was sweet with a hint of fruit. It's not too spicy, but it has a nice sharpness to it 😄. It goes very well with the saltiness of the yakitori 😆. We had three cups of Uki Momiji alone! I would like to have it again if I have a chance ☺.

Glory Fuji's Hoshitenkouroku❗ I'm not a fan of limited editions, but I was attracted to Eiko-Fuji and its novel label. Here are my impressions of the 100% comet... Ginjo aroma with fruit sweetness 😆. Some sourness? But apple🍎banana🍌? It is sweet in flavor! Although it feels a little sweet, it is clean and easy to drink👍. Delicious ✨

It's Kamikimoto again! I remembered that I neglected this one too 😅. I bought it at Yamazawa (supermarket) that I used to frequent once upon a time when I went to Yamagata Prefecture at the end of February. ✴️ Miyamanishiki sake polished to 50% ❗ I could feel the delicious taste of the rice and it had a nice sharpness 😓. The alcohol content was low, 13 degrees (apparently) 😫. I have to upload it before it gets buried or I'll be writing from a hazy memory.... I'll be more careful from now on 😣.

I was satisfied with the drink and forgot about it ❗ Kamikigen My father-in-law gave it to me☺. It was made from Yamada-Nishiki polished to 35% and bottled with a lot of time and effort............................................. Too extravagant for me 😃. Now the taste... Very fruity aroma, peachy, bananas🍑? It has a gorgeous gentle sweetness like a peach 🍌🍌! Mild flavor, but also very sharp 🙆. This is also delicious 😂. This is quintessential Kamikimoto, quintessential Yamagata ✴️ ps. I went to pick capsicum over the weekend ☺️

The 11 Masamune🎊 that was talked about for a moment in a certain neighborhood. I was home late every day and couldn't get into the topic, so I uploaded it here. This is a bottle of sake that is good local sake ❗ and a bottle of sake that I am eager to put a sash on myself! I had received a bottle at the beginning of the year and had half-neglected it because it was only a bottle, but I opened it because it was the only place I could find it 😁. I've had it before and I know what it tastes like, but I'll have it 🍶. The aroma is just like a dry sake! But the mouthfeel is surprisingly sweet with a hint of rice, and it slowly finishes with a hint of alcohol. I have never tried heating it up, but I think it would be delicious at room temperature 😃.

Purchased at Saito's last month! Maruhi's limited edition from Mr. Hachiro Huraisen, who gave it to me before! I bought it. I felt the acidity of the Hakucho very much, but this one........ It's still acid 😂 from the aroma 😂. But very mild mouthfeel, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of white wine✨. I can't drink wine because it doesn't go well with it, but this one is delicious 💪.

A bottle I got with my father-in-law. It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Otters 😄. We slowly enjoyed a bottle of Sandesi each. It has a nice aroma and a moderate sweetness in the mouth 👍 It also has a nice aftertaste! It's like an honors student. It could be a little more distinctive☺.

I bought it in a bottle at Kenmoku at the end of the year, but could not open it easily 😱. Good aroma when poured into a glass😃. The mouthfeel is soft and slightly thickened. The sweetness is spreading, but with good acidity and sharpness, very tasty 🍶. It is a bottle that I want to repeat again☺.

It's been a long time since I've had a black cow❗ I went to Saito-san over the weekend and found Kurogyu (Kurogyu 🐃) for the first time in a long time, and it was a Junmai Ginjo from Omachi, raw 😲! I'll have it right away 🙏. The aroma is gorgeous when poured into a glass. In the mouth, it smells like grapes or lychee? Like lychee? Fruity sweetness spreads. It is not too strong, but has a slight sourness and a bit of bitterness on the palate, but it is very refreshing. It's good enough to drink alone. ⤴️ It would be great with black wagyu beef 😃.

I'm done with my physical and I'm tired from the week. I don't even remember when I bought it, but again, everyone is peach heaven🍑 these days, but I'll take black heaven😋. The first sip is tangy, the mouthful is moderately sweet, and then it's clean and crisp with a bit of bitterness, I guess. I would like to try Tenbi after the change of brewer soon. ☺️

I got this bottle at a tavern when I went on a business trip to Hamamatsu before I collapsed. Hamamatsu has been booming with "What's up, Ieyasu?", but it has a strong relationship with Utsunomiya in terms of gyoza (dumplings) 🥟. Although Utsunomiya ranked third this time, I ordered Hamamatsu Gyoza and had it with Hamamatsu sake. I don't have a picture of it, but is it characterized by the bean sprouts on the side? It is as good as Utsunomiya Gyoza. As for the sake, it was just a normal sake. It was dry but had a hint of sweetness from the rice. It was delicious with the gyoza. Afterwards, I went to the bar and got hooked on a bottle of whiskey 🍸 Islay-style smoked sake, which I had never tried before.

Yamasan, Yamasan 😆 This is another bottle that I bought at Saito-san last month and put to sleep. When I opened the bottle, there was a puff of gas ❗ The aroma is fresh and spicy? The aroma is fresh and spicy.... It has a tangy, fresh mouthfeel with just the right amount of sweetness 🍎. A little bitterness, but it goes down smoothly and easily 😍. Not too sweet, this is good 🍶. I'll let it sit for a bit and see how it changes 😋.

3.11 I am thankful that people who were affected by the disaster and those who are still evacuated are able to spend their days in peace☺. Today I bought a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen at Saito-san ‼️ The aroma is sweet and fresh. A little tangy as if it were fresh, with a soft sweetness 🍎🍏 that spreads on the palate. Moderately refreshing aftertaste🙆. Very tasty😃.

First time? I got some Mimuro cedar. I was curious about it because of all the good reviews☺. The aroma is moderately fruity 🍎. I drank it and it was still fruity 🍎? 🍈? It has a good balance of moderate sweetness and refreshing sourness. It is not too strong and refreshing, so you can drink more and more ❗ Well, I bought a fridge and it can only hold 9 bottles of four-packs, but I'm looking forward to my next purchase 😂.

Thank you for your help this year. Senkou ☺. I will have the Risshun morning pressing again this year 🍶🙏🙏. It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness, and a hint of muscat 🍇 in the freshness. It is a bit acidic and crisp with a hint of sourness. Compared to last year's (I don't remember much, but it's pretty light and refreshing, isn't it? But it's beautiful and less alcoholic, and you can't stop drinking it😃This is delicious ‼️ I've been mad at myself lately for buying too much sake (sake and whiskey), although I can't drink it very slowly.... I have no place to put them, so I'm thinking of buying a fridge to put them in.

Did you win the lottery at the liquor store where you often go to buy whiskey? Did you win it? It's a Tenyo 😁. It's from a local brewery that I don't often buy for myself, Amataka, and it's dry 🌶️🔥. I opened it with trepidation. The aroma is dry, and it's really spicy on the palate. But it is not as dry as it sounds. As you drink it, you can taste the slight sweetness of the rice, and it's pretty good ✨. This is delicious. ☺️ I think it would go well with sushi and sashimi. (I just want to eat it 🍶)

Dewazakura given to me by my father-in-law❗ I was wondering when I should open it, since it was given to me in a bottle. I've been busy since the holidays, and I just got home today... Let's open it already! I opened it 😃. Dewa Brilliant Birthday Commemoration! Highly anticipated ⤴️ Gorgeous looking and refreshing aroma. Crisp yet fruity sweetness like pear🍐. It has a good lingering taste while also being 🙆 sharp. Very delicious👍 This is going to run out fast, even if it's just a bottle☺.

A bottle that had been sitting in the fridge, Ginrei-Gassan Yuki-No-Minami☺ from Gassan Shuzo. I will have it, thinking that I drank a bottle of Yuki-Megami (Japanese cherry) last week as well. The aroma is not strong and slightly sweet. It has a soft sweetness in the mouth, but is it spicy? No sourness, no bitterness? I thought it would finish quickly, but the aftertaste is quite rice-like. 🍚. Compared to the Sakura, the same Yuki-No-Kami has a different impression. I felt this one would be more enjoyable as a slow food sake 😃.

The third Yamagata Sandesi! The Snow Goddess of Sakura in Japan😃 Higashine city in Yamagata! Neighbor of Murayama city! Sweet and fruity aroma, deep sweetness and ripe fruitiness 🍌🍈 but with a gentle lingering taste that is not clingy and delicious ‼️ This sake has a flavor that reminds me of Jyushiyo! This made me want to drink more❗☺️
