Unanimously, everyone seemed to like this sake. When I said it was "like water," they said, "No, it's not water at all, but it's delicious." So it seems the feeling is different for everyone! I love "Sai". Sake named "summer" is already on the menu here and there. I can feel summer..! The name of the sake is "Natsu ni Mureru Yuki" which means "snow dreaming in summer" in Japanese. It is nigori (cloudy) but refreshing and delicious!
