As it says on the label, it has a gorgeous aroma and is soft on the palate. Hard to even feel the alcohol! A beautiful sake, easy to drink! It's gorgeous, but not overly sweet, so this is definitely one you won't hate. Umami.

A unique aroma and rich taste that I don't know how to describe! I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's not an unpleasant aroma. And it has a honey-like thick sweetness. and a hint of sourness. It doesn't have much of a sake feel to it. It's more like a Western-style sake. It has a feeling similar to the white grape of Miyoshikiku that I drank before.

I drank it cold, as recommended on the label. The aroma is fruity and sweet. The bitterness in the aftertaste is stronger, but it does not make it sweet and it is delicious. Although it is 16% alcohol, it is not so spicy. It is a very favorite taste!

I bought it because the clerk said it tasted great when heated. However, when I tried it cold first... The taste was generally mellow and wild, with a strong flavor at the beginning, followed by astringency and bitterness. I then tried it hot, as recommended, and the aroma of hot sake was mild and soft, making it relatively easy to drink. When it cooled down to around human skin temperature, the aftertaste became less astringent and bitter, and the impact of the flavor spread more slowly. Personally, the best temperature was 30 to 40 degrees Celsius.

Sawaya Matsumoto's year-end party sake was available, so we bought it! It is a year-end party while watching Matsuken Samba. It is fruity, a little sour, low alcohol (14%), and easy to drink. It's lightly cloudy and has a slight sweet sake feel to it. It's not that sweet, though. It's not too spicy, and it's easy to drink like champagne, so if it's not labeled for a year-end party, it could be used as a toast for a New Year's party.

A shuwa shuwa nigori sake. I found 250ml of it on sale, so I bought some to try. The aroma is fruity and has a strong malted rice flavor. The sweetness is there, but the sourness is more pronounced, and combined with the bubbles, it makes for a refreshing drink. 100% Saganohana rice is used. It is slightly fruity, with a moderate sweetness. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and then the spiciness of the sake spreads moderately. The sweetness is not assertive, and it is not that you don't feel the sense of sake, but it is very well balanced. As the label says Classic, it was old-fashioned and orthodox. The concept seems to be different from the normal Nabeshima. There was a warning on the label to be careful when opening the bottle because of the foaming, but I didn't feel any foaming at all.

First check-in for the brand! I bought it because of the description on the back label that it had a "fruity ginjo aroma and a refreshing mouthfeel". The mouthfeel was a little sweet, but I didn't get much of a ginjo aroma, and it was spicier than I expected. The sweetness disappeared quickly and the taste was light, so it was definitely refreshing to drink.

The taste is sweet with a strong sourness that comes on strong afterwards, and a strong overall flavor. The color is slightly yellowish, and the color also suggests that the drinker is drinking a honey lemon. It's 14% alcohol, but it's hard to feel that much spiciness. The sweet aroma is one of the strongest sakes I've ever had.
