ぺんしろう
100% Saganohana rice is used.
It is slightly fruity, with a moderate sweetness.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and then the spiciness of the sake spreads moderately.
The sweetness is not assertive, and it is not that you don't feel the sense of sake, but it is very well balanced.
As the label says Classic, it was old-fashioned and orthodox.
The concept seems to be different from the normal Nabeshima.
There was a warning on the label to be careful when opening the bottle because of the foaming, but I didn't feel any foaming at all.
