I bought it because the clerk said it tasted great when heated.
However, when I tried it cold first...
The taste was generally mellow and wild, with a strong flavor at the beginning, followed by astringency and bitterness.
I then tried it hot, as recommended, and the aroma of hot sake was mild and soft, making it relatively easy to drink.
When it cooled down to around human skin temperature, the aftertaste became less astringent and bitter, and the impact of the flavor spread more slowly.
Personally, the best temperature was 30 to 40 degrees Celsius.
