This is the first Viridian I've had in the Colors series. It's fruity and goes in easily. It's so easy to drink you'd think it was water! I haven't had any Shinsei in a while, so I forgot what the other Shinsei tastes like, but it's still as good as ever.

Aumai. Sweet. So sweet. And it's thick! It's like drinking syrup. But a little sourness will finish it off later. For me, who likes sweet fruity sake, it is a delicious sake, but for those who like dry sake, it may not feel like sake. With that in mind, the back of the label says, "Dessert sake for women, dedicated to those with a sweet tooth. There may be both pros and cons.

It seems that this drink was made for an event, but with the event being cancelled, we were able to purchase it as normal. The rice polishing rate is a menacing 22%! The brand "Kaze no Mori" is very cheap and very good. This time, I drank the one made from the relatively expensive Okayama Omachi rice. It has a refreshing light carbonation characteristic of Kaze no Mori. The taste was stronger than when I drank the other one (Yamadanishiki?) before. The taste was thicker than when I drank the other one (Yamadanishiki?), and it was a little mellow that I felt it was worth drinking. Kaze no Mori is a brand that I would recommend to people who don't like sake because it's refreshing and easy to drink, but Omachi Rice is a little more for the experts. However, the sweetness and intensity of the flavor quickly disappear, so it has a refreshing feel. It has a perfect balance of both mellow and refreshing, and it is very delicious. I think it is one of the easiest mellow sakes to drink. And the name "Akai Ito" and the label are very stylish. I'd like to know why they named it Akai Ito! The design is by an illustrator named Ai Kono. It seems that the word "Akai Ito" originated in China, from the story of the wedding shop in "Zoku Yūkyūroku", where a red rope is tied around the foot instead of a red thread around the little finger. I tried to design a modern version of that story". The design reminds us of the Taisho era, and the fact that she is wearing a kimono with a radical pattern creates a unique atmosphere. So cool! It's an 80% jacket buy.

I'm in Shiga Prefecture on a business trip! To be careful of Corona, I don't drink outside, I buy a bottle of No.4 at a liquor store and drink alone at the hotel. The liquor store was full of Laughing Shiki, and I was intrigued, but I bought a bottle of Shinkai, which I'd never seen before! What a -30 sake degree! As a lover of sweet sake, I had to buy it! So I tried it, and... It's not as sweet as the number says it is. The mellow taste and sweetness lasts for a long time, but there is a pungent aftertaste of sake. Rather than being sweet, it is more like a rich, mellow, raw sake. But it is not peculiar. It is not a sweet fruity sake, but a mellow sake. It may be avoided by the sake level, but I think it will be liked by the good old sake lovers.

I had heard that it was a very rare sake, so when I found it at the liquor store, I got excited! And because it was the last bottle, we got it just in time. Because it's from a winery, the entrance was fruity and sweet. The aftertaste was quite spicy and astringent, so I think it wasn't as easy to drink as I thought it would be. It was a well-balanced type with a gorgeous entrance and a strong sake feeling in the aftertaste. I opened it when I was drunk, so to be honest, I drank it without really understanding it. I drank YOKOYAMA SILVER 1814 before and liked it very sweet, so I bought it. It is also fruity and sweet. However, it has a spicier taste than the SILVER 1814 I had before. If you think SILVER 1814 is too sweet to be a sake, you might want to try SILVER 7.

Fresh, fruity aroma. It's got a great flavor to it, but it's lightly effervescent, refreshing, and easy to drink! Hard to detect any spiciness, which I very much prefer! It was supposed to be a limited release at the Juhachimori Sake Brewery's New Sake Festival, but due to Corona, it couldn't be held, so I found a sake shop in Okayama Prefecture that sold it. It was really refreshing, fruity and delicious! Hopefully next year we'll be able to buy it at the New Sake Festival...
