It has no peculiarity and it goes in easily. It is easy to drink. There is a slight bitter aftertaste. The alcohol is slightly bitter in the aftertaste. The taste is similar to that of Gakki Masamune. Instrumental Masamune has a sweeter aroma, while Genbu Special Honjozo has a clearer and more alcoholic flavor. I'm happy to see that it contains brewed alcohol, so it's a good price. A good costumer's bottle.

I was selling bottles at a standing bar, so I drank half of it at the store and brought the rest home. It's sweet and swoopy. It drinks like a canned chewy, but it's less sweet than that, with a slight tartness that you can feel, and it doesn't leave a sweet taste. Also, the slight firing makes it more refreshing. 7.5-8.5% alcohol The strongest drinkability, as only low Al can do. It's almost "Mio".

I got it as a souvenir from Izu. The moment you drink it, there is a slight sweetness, but the alcohol taste goes through your nose and covers your entire tongue in a chattering manner. Also, the taste, or rather the umami, is strong, but the aftertaste is clear. It gives the impression of being delicious and dry.

It's an art label, so the label is very stylish. The artistic woman is cool, but the "Fuku Fuku Fuku" logo in hiragana is very cool. I drank it cold first. It has a unique aroma and a very strong taste. It has sweetness, but the sourness is prominent. As the name suggests, it's mellow and delicious! I drank it hot, but the aroma is even more unique and the peculiarity is amazing. If you like it, you may like it. I personally recommend it cold.

On the train home, I decided to drink some sake and bought a small bottle of "Saku", which I liked very much after drinking it before. Fruity aroma and a little sweetness. It is a little bit spicy. The balance of easy to drink and sake flavor is great.

Sweet in taste and aroma. Slightly gassy. There is a slight bitter aftertaste, but it is very easy to drink without any alcohol. I've had some of the not-so-separate-selected Chutori before, but I had it about 6 months ago, so I honestly don't remember the difference in taste. But I remember they were both good! Looking at the website, it seems that the non-Bechu selection has a rice polishing ratio of 70% for the Kake rice and 60% for the Bechu selection. I'd like to compare drinks, but it's hard to get two bottles at the same time...

Sweet! Fragrant! But the sweetness doesn't remain. I compared it with the Shinsei Colors Cosmos, and perhaps because it was a noble brew, the taste and sweetness were strong and delicious. After a lot of trial and error to achieve a crisp, sweet taste, we're getting to the point where we've perfected it" (from the back label). So good and not quite finished yet...

The alcohol content is gentle, with a sweetness that spreads gently and a slight bitterness afterwards. Very easy to drink and delicious! Even though the rice polishing ratio is 89%, it's refreshing. However, I've never had low-polished rice before, so I don't know what low-polished rice is like, but... The more you polish the rice, the easier it is to drink, which is the philosophy of the Otters, the more you polish the rice, the more shocking the taste was to me. As this is a Concept Worker's Selection, the label is very stylish and stylish✩. *˚. Also, they want you to enjoy this brew with your senses instead of drinking it with your head (see the back label), but it is a brew that makes you want to talk to someone about the concept of making a great sake with low polished rice.

Slight taste and aroma. No peculiarities. The sweetness is moderate, but it is easy to drink because it is not easily perceived as alcohol. It was a very gentle drink. Also, it's reasonably priced at 1100 yen with a 4-gulls bottle tax included! It's the best in the world for this price and easy to drink.

Fruity, refreshing and impressive levels of drinkability. I drank Lapis and Ecru about six months ago, so I can't tell you the exact difference between them, but they were all easy to drink. I gave it to my daughter-in-law who finished breastfeeding and hated sake and she said it changed her image of sake. I think it would be bad if someone drank Shinsei and still said they didn't like sake. And the packaging is so stylish! *˚.

I bought some Doukan's hiyaoroshi (grated grated radish) at the local supermarket. It doesn't have an aroma or a fruity feeling, but it has a good flavor and a spiciness that comes immediately. It has a taste of old-fashioned sake. At 17% alcohol, it's high, or maybe it wasn't so strongly alcoholic.

I bought a jacket at Aeon in Chiba. It has a fruity taste. The spiciness is moderate, so it is quite easy to drink. As a sake beginner, I like the balance of the flavor, and I could drink it very easily. I didn't have an image of Japanese sake in Chiba, but this was delicious.

A sweet, melon-like aroma. However, it is not very sweet and has a clean taste with little mess. Also, the alcohol is less spicy and easy to drink. This is a type I quite like.

I live in Kanagawa, and I don't drink a lot of sake from there! So I bought a bottle of Izumibashi's Autumn Tombo at a nearby liquor store. There were three different types of Autumn Tombo made from different rice, but I chose the one I've never seen before, Rakufu-Mai! It is said to be a "joyful dance in the wind" (see the product label). Slightly fruity in the mouth, but not too sweet. The sourness and a bit of alcohol come in later, and it feels refreshing to drink. It feels like an autumn or summer sake.

Fresh taste and fruity aroma of raw sake. It's also beautiful, as the rice polishing ratio is higher than that of the ginjo sake. It has a slightly alcoholic flavor and is a well-balanced sake.

Because it is a Daiginjo, the moment you take a sip, it has a faint sweetness and aroma, and it has a refreshing taste without any other flavors. However, right after the first sip, you can feel the crispness of the alcohol. It was a dry sake, just like the image of Amataka. As the label says, I had it with sashimi of sea bream. It was delicious.
