Here is a bottle for tonight! My husband and wife's favorite "Hiran" (^^) This is a brand new to us! The aroma is sweet and sour, but the flavor and the bitterness are well balanced! And because it is low in alcohol, it is easy to drink! Well, it's good for this time of the year. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! We both love "Oze no Yukidoke"! It is very nice because no matter what we drink, it is always consistent and tastes great at a high level. And it's our first time to drink this brand. I opened the bottle immediately... Pear? Creamy? Banana? Sweet apple? 4.5 stars

This is the bottle for tonight! It was my wife's request for a long time, but it was hard to find it on sale... but we managed to get it. I opened the bottle immediately... It has a rich, slightly fruity sweetness ( ˘ω˘ ) Then, I took a sip... It was much darker than the "Abe" I drank before, I would like to try the others! 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! The summery label is "Yamori". Since we went to visit the brewery a while ago, it has become a favorite of both of us (๑˃˃˃). We opened the bottle immediately...dark and slightly bitter...then a sweet aroma...then a sip...it's full of sweet and delicious taste like "YAMORI"...it's refreshing and a little bitter with a touch of pineapple...(˘ω˘ ) If you heat it up, the taste increases even more. The flavor increases when it is heated up, but it is very rounded. 4 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one! This is a new brand from a sake brewery well-known for "Takachiyo", which was talked about a while ago as being made with "Honmaru" of "Jyushidai" in mind! I was lucky enough to get a bottle. The aroma is very mild (˘ω˘ ), more like rice than fruity. Then I took a sip...I don't feel it's very modern...it has sweetness, but I think it's more like a classic type. I haven't had "Honmaru" for years, but... maybe it's not the same at all... lol... Maybe my preconceptions raised the bar quite high. 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of "Kangiku". Fruity and sweet? I thought so and got it for my wife. I opened the bottle right away...Nice aroma with a beautiful sweetness...What is this fruity? Then, I took a sip....well, it's delicious! Maybe a little too sweet? I thought it might be a little too sweet, but it's not at all cloying, and it also has a freshness like a fresh sake, so it's very easy to drink. 4.5 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one! Mr. Rui Yoshida's favorite "Tsukasa Botan". I got this one because it was so affordable (^^) I opened the bottle immediately... On the first day, it had a fruity aroma and I thought it was a bargain! But the next day, it turned into a good old-fashioned "the sake"... This is not my favorite... I heated it up and took a sip... The taste is crisp and clear... The aroma is calm and easy to drink. Naa♪ 3.5 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one! It's "Hiran" which is the talk of the town! Of course it's delicious, and we both love it! So, we got a bottle of "Nikomaru", which is new to us! The beautiful acidity and creaminess are typical of "Hiran" (^^)...Take a sip...it has a clear and beautiful flavor (˘ω˘ )! My wife doesn't like the bitterness in the second half, but that's just as well. Hiran" is my favorite sake by far. 4 stars

Here's a bottle for tonight! I've been buying my favorite sake lately, so this time I got one that I think my wife will like. I immediately opened the bottle...wow? It's really yogurt, isn't it? This kind of aroma is rare......then I took a sip......a slight sweetness behind the crisp acidity.... It's like a rare cheesecake...maybe a dessert...lol...but the acidity and bitterness are pleasant, so it can be used even during a meal...what a strange sake! 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's been 7 or 8 years since I drank "Ruri-iro-no-umi" which was highly praised by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota who got me hooked on sake. It's been 7 or 8 years since I had a bottle of "Ruri-iro-no-umi", which was highly praised by Kazuhiko Ota, the man who got me hooked on Japanese sake. The aroma is very mild and slightly sweet...and then I took a sip...again, a slight sweetness and a sharp spiciness. It also has a slight sweetness and a sharp spiciness, with a slight alcohol taste. Good for a cosmetically pleasing evening drink. 3.5 stars

Here's a bottle for tonight! It seems to have been a hot topic on Instagram recently, and at my wife's request, I got it at a liquor store near our house. I opened the bottle immediately...I don't think the aroma itself is that strong. The apple flavor...didn't really hit me, but then I took a sip...∑(Дﾟﾟ)∑ It might be slightly apple, but it's really honeyed! The acidity and bitterness are good, and the sweetness is enhanced......ω`......and......it is so good with hot sake.....≧≧≦......the acidity and bitterness are reduced and it becomes very mellow. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! It's the first spec of my recent favorite "Hidakami". The aroma is quite refreshing, but I can also taste the sweetness of rice behind it! But I can also feel the sweetness of the rice behind it! There is nothing to catch your attention, it is very pure and beautiful (**ДД*), but it also has a soft and gentle umami taste. This is a good sake♪ It is a sake like a clear stream that is typical of "HIKKAMI". 4.5 stars

I didn't drink much when I traveled to Toyama a few years ago, but lately I've been quite fond of this â It's my first time to drink this label. The aroma is full of sweetness typical of Omachi (*´-`), and the taste is rich and juicy (*ω-`). 4.5 stars

Here's a bottle for tonight! The label is very punk rock! I had to buy it! I was enchanted by the sweet pineapple aroma...(**ω*) Then, I took a sip... The balance between the sweet and sour pineapple aroma and the pleasant bitterness is good. It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe it's 16-17% alcohol by volume! 4 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one! Kido" is surely one of the strongest sake cosmetics for salarymen! And if it is red rice, there is no reason not to buy it. The aroma is round, sweet and sour... but very mild... then take a sip... it has a cute sweet and sour taste reminiscent of berries. It is easy to drink ❗️, or rather, it is quite tasty. 4.5 stars

This is the one for tonight! This is the fourth and last bottle of the "Yamama" series. The aroma of soft rice...but it's beautiful, so I don't dislike it. The balance between the right amount of bitterness and sourness is also GOOD. 4 stars
