Here's a bottle for tonight!
It seems to have been a hot topic on Instagram recently, and at my wife's request, I got it at a liquor store near our house.
I opened the bottle immediately...I don't think the aroma itself is that strong. The apple flavor...didn't really hit me, but then I took a sip...∑(Дﾟﾟ)∑ It might be slightly apple, but it's really honeyed! The acidity and bitterness are good, and the sweetness is enhanced......ω`......and......it is so good with hot sake.....≧≧≦......the acidity and bitterness are reduced and it becomes very mellow.
