Here's one for tonight!
It's the first spec of my recent favorite "Hidakami".
The aroma is quite refreshing, but I can also taste the sweetness of rice behind it! But I can also feel the sweetness of the rice behind it! There is nothing to catch your attention, it is very pure and beautiful (**ДД*), but it also has a soft and gentle umami taste. This is a good sake♪ It is a sake like a clear stream that is typical of "HIKKAMI".
