Asano Sake Shop, which has not been here for a long time.
Aizan. Fruity, gorgeous, and refreshing. Too delicious! I didn't know that 80% polished rice could be like this. Amazing!
Sakekasu ice cream was also delicious!
The morning after the Hokkaido Marathon, I went to Nijo Market.
There was only one cup of sake available, and while I wondered if it would be a bad idea to drink alone before 8:00 a.m., I drank what I wanted to drink!
It's a one-cup sake, but it's refreshing, easy to drink, and goes well with fish. It goes perfectly with the salmon.
I couldn't finish it and thought about taking it home, but I left about one third of it because it's worse to walk around drinking one cup in the morning. Sorry(. _.)
Good evening, Kinako 😃.
Great job on finishing the Hokkaido Marathon 🤗㊗️
A morning drink as a reward 😆 for this seafood 😍but it's certainly not a good idea to drink around 😆.
Jay & Nobby.
Thank you very much for your help and support! It was all thanks to the cooperative support of our volunteers 😆.
I thought I could go because of the cute design of the cups...but it was still a bad idea. It was the right decision 😂.
Standing drink CHOI as a reward for finishing the Hokkaido Marathon.
The only sake available in Hokkaido was Kuniumare.
It has the flavor of rice and is very easy to drink, and goes well with sashimi.
Second drink at Beard and Bowin.
I had to stop drinking for two weeks from the next day because of a marathon, so what should I drink? I had a hard time deciding, but I decided to go with Sanzen Sakura from Hokkaido. I think I saw that the brewery in Gifu had moved to a new location.
The label is cool. I could feel the delicious taste of rice. We enjoyed it with some side dishes.
Beard and Bowin stopped by before the Hanshin vs. Hiroshima game at Kyocera. I always end up coming here.
I wanted to have a crispy sake.
As the name "Summer Dry" suggests, it was very crisp. The label is a cat and looks loose, but the sake is sharp and crisp.
It goes well with gari gyoza.
Refill is Morishima. I think I used to drink it. The rice is Hitanishiki. Maybe for the first time.
Slightly woody aroma and aftertaste?
It says it's a pure sake, but it's very soft.
With sashimi. Happy time.
Celebrating after seeing yaki at Kyocera Dome. With a bearded boin.
Natsu no Harimaji by Tomihisa Nishiki, my favorite sake brewer. I ordered Natsu's "Hajimari". Shame.
Clear, but calm. I don't know why, but drinking Tomikunishiki's sake relaxes me so much.
I had it with scallops and ume plum sauce.
Last day of a three-day weekend
Attended the Harada Festival. We drank ogara-mi-gara-mi (ogara-machi), ogara-mi-gara-mi with 80 polishing, junmai-daiginjo ogara-mi, and suetsumibana shochu-mo pressed sake.
All of them were gorgeous and delicious. The Suetsumika was like apple juice. It was a lot of fun.
I'm sorry! I drank it without ice even though it's a ROCK-only drink (...) _.)
I really like Senzuke. It's muscat-like, but spicy and sharp. I love it!
The bear label is cute too!
On my last day in Fukuoka, I went to Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery at Hakata Station before boarding the Shinkansen. I definitely wanted to come here.
I decided on Yuma, which I had never tasted before.
It was fresh and fruity, but with a light aftertaste and a slight greenish flavor.
I had it with thick fried bean curd. It was a fun trip to Fukuoka.
At the Sakana Market in Hakata Station.
It was my first time to try Kitaya. It was a Junmai Daiginjo and definitely delicious, but I was drinking beer while watching baseball, so I didn't really get a good taste of it (sweat).
The kingfish sashimi with soy sauce for the liver was delicious.
We went to Sakana Ichiba at Hakata Station in a good mood after the victory.
The three people sitting next to us were also watching the game, and we had a great time talking together.
Nabeshima is definitely delicious and fruity!
The motsu nabe was lighter and better than expected.
Traveled to Fukuoka to watch the exchange game at PayPay Dome.
The day before watching the game, we went to Makanai Restaurant in Hakata.
It was gorgeous, mild, and delicious.
I think the squid sashimi would have been better suited to something more crispy.
I found this sake at a liquor store I go to. The owner let me taste it and said, "It has a peculiar taste, but is it okay? The owner let me try it. The tasting bottle had been open for a while, so it tasted a little sour, but it was delicious.
When I opened the bottle of the one I bought, it was very fizzy! Sizzling!
Very dry, with a slight rummy flavor. I felt a little bit of an aftertaste that was a bit eggy on the back of the side of my mouth, but when I paired it with a meal, it didn't bother me at all.
After about 4 days, the fuming subsided and became milder. Cosy and a sake I would drink again.
This was also sake!
One of the pleasures of coming to Koshien, Nippon Zakari's Nama-no-Harajiku.
Fruity and gorgeous, but with a high alcohol content.
Depending on the barrel, it can be very fizzy or a little fizzy, but that's part of the fun.
I love drinking Nipponzakari while watching a baseball game!
Good morning, Kinako 😃.
It's nice to have sake at the ballpark 🏟️ watching the game ‼️
I thought 🤔 that I've seen this picture before, but I was commenting on Tattsu's post about 2 months ago, and it was the same Koshien Nihonmori 🤗.
Jay & Nobby.
Hi 😊
I see that Tattsu-san is a fellow Koshien Nama sake drinker!
I recommend you to visit the seller who carries a keg to sell it to you!
The third cup is a bit vague.
You can taste the flavor of the rice. It was delicious with sashimi.
I wish I could remember my impressions of sake better.
The sake cup is made of rice cranes, so it has a crane-shaped cup.
Although this is also Yamada-Nishiki, it is completely different from the Toichi we drank earlier.
It has a nice aroma and is crisp and dry.
My favorite type.
I love how they matched the cup with the label. I am very happy to see this.
After the baseball game, we had a nice standing drink at Taisho's, Beard and Boin.
I felt just a little bit of dense sweetness, but in a good way, it was easy to drink without any peculiarities. It is easy to pair with food.
I paired it with obanzai.
