Since it was autumn, I bought a set of three hiyaoroshi bottles, and this was one of them. I don't buy honjozo at all, so this was one of the rare bottles that gave me a sense of both sake and old sake. I guess it was the fragrance of the sake's perfect ripeness. I would like to drink this sake with some snacks!
