I bought this as a souvenir for myself in Toyama. I was too fascinated by the label. They made the sake with the image of a shortcake. It is very tasty!
I love this kind of oddball, but it's a winner. It is sour and sweet, and the smell of koji rice malt is irresistible! The smell was so strong and the taste was so strong that I was lost as to what snacks to pair it with.
