I'm glad I bought it because I've been curious about it for a while 🎵.
There was a little bit of mist, so we started with the top clear.
It has a sweet and gentle aroma of rice, and is smooth on the palate. It's very easy to drink and clean without any sharpness.
When it is mixed with ori, the appearance becomes a little white, the aroma remains the same, and the mouthfeel remains smooth. The sweetness and umami are stronger and disappear slowly.
