The weather is getting a little cold, so we had some Takayasu which is made from the fantastic strong rice.
To be honest, I didn't know about this brand, so I looked it up on the internet and found that it's delicious when heated.
I warmed it up on my tokutoman and served it slowly in an oinokuchi, enjoying the change in temperature.
But I have a stupid tongue!
The only thing I could understand was the soft and pleasant aroma, the sweet and savory taste when I drank it, and the crispness that disappeared quickly.
I couldn't tell if it became sweeter or more bitter with temperature change.
But I'm glad I warmed it up because it's delicious and I never get tired of drinking it🎵.
Today's drink was Yudofu with lots of mushroom 🍄.
The kombu soup stock and the mushroom flavor went well with the sake 😁.
