First time in Amami Valley
And it's new sake, nigori nama ⤴️.
It had been waiting in the fridge for two weeks since I bought it, so opening the bottle was no problem 🎵!
The taste I'm interested in....
The aroma is not that strong, in the mouth it is fresh and crisp, the sourness and sweetness are strong, but at the end the bitterness tightens up pleasantly and disappears quickly and crisply 🎵.
This is delicious🎵!
You'll never get tired of drinking it and your glass will be empty before you know it😁.
