First time for me to drink Kagiya, first time for me to drink Matsuyama Mitsui sake. It has a strong sense of maturity and a flavor that is not gorgeous but very autumnal. At Masaiseki-san
It is a hidden sake that has been aged for 5 years in the brewery and is called Yamahai Junmai, so I expected a classic taste and drank it. It is clear, round, sweet, and has a nice sharpness.
The rice used is Miyamanishiki and Akita Sake Komachi.
Buy it at Hashimoto
The best cosmetics! I'm impressed that it's an old-fashioned Bodhi yeast brew with the fresh bubbles and aroma of a fine champagne, minerality, citrus acidity, sweetness, and dry sharpness. Try it at Mekada.
My favorite Houou Mita. The first try of wine cellaring. It has a different nuance from the usual Mita because of the wine yeast. It is delicious with a deep flavor and sweetness like Oumachi. At Mr. Mekada
With ripe citrus nuances, it has a delicious autumnal roundness. It is interestingly different in expression from the fresh acidity of usual Sengoku. This year seems to be the last year for the fast brewing, so we bought it at Mekada.
Purchased at Tokyo Station Hasegawa. Although I had bought La Maison before, this was almost my first time to buy Kuheiji. It has a citrus aroma and a rich flavor. It has a deliciously rich, citrusy aroma, and a firm acidity.
It has been a long time since I last tasted Hanamup. Although there is no gassy feeling, it is fruity and has a firm flavor with a dry sharpness that is consistently delicious. At Mekada.
It is the first ginjo-shu in the Kafuda-shu series. Highly cosmetic, with a price of 3,000 yen per square bottle. It has a fruity aroma like peach and banana, and a gassy, acidic taste like a ramune that makes the cork fly open. Delicious with a light bitterness at the end. At Awaya.
I was watching the Aomori version on YouTube and the people at the brewery were so nice that I just had to buy a bottle. It's always too good to drink. ‼️
I was attracted by the purple label and the words "Hiyayoroshi". Mimuro Sugi did not disappoint! It has a wonderful balance of strong sweetness, flavor, and acidity 👍Available at Awaya.
I bought Yamadanishiki Genmai at Awaya because there was some Yamadanishiki left. It is rich in sweetness and flavor!
The balance between acidity and fruity is also excellent. What is impressive is the caramel nuance with a sense of maturity. I like this one a lot.
As a gift for my son's job offer, I opened a bottle that I had kept in the refrigerator. The taste of the wood vat nuance and the sweet acidity spreading to the palate was irresistible. My wife and I finished the bottle in no time. Purchased by lottery from Mr. Mekada.
My first Miyakanmei. A bottle of junmai ginjo is reasonably priced at less than 3,000 yen. It has a very high quality as a food sake, with a gentle gaseous taste and sweetness followed by bitterness. At Shinseki.
Launch after hard meeting ④.
We ended the meeting at Yamamoto. It's a Yamahai that should be drunk chilled, so the warning not to warm it up is interesting. All I remember is that it was delicious.
Launch after hard meeting (3)
The third bottle was finally a bottle of Tasake.
It is sweet and tasty with a fruity apple flavor. It was finished in no time at all.
