Opened the bottle on Sunday afternoon while cheering for Ai Suzuki to play. It is delicious with a mild aroma and melon and vanilla flavors followed by a clean and crisp taste. At Matsuzaki's.
Kaze no Mori 657 is always good to drink. Perfect for drinking early on holidays. Light, floral, and slightly effervescent. I like it better than beer. At Mekada.
Purchased at Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito in Mito Station. As the label suggests, it is a sweet, easy-drinking spring sake. The white malted rice flavor is not bad either.
Memorandum. At Suzuharu-san. This is the 4th bottle of Yongou bottle. This is the last one. I drank it on the recommendation of the store. It has a strong flavor and a nice sharpness.
This is my first Omine. I saw it at Matsuzaki and bought it. It has a sweet peachy heady aroma with a vanilla-like sweetness on the palate. I have never tasted sake with this flavor before. It is milky and tasty, and at 13 degrees Celsius, it is easy to drink.
The aroma is pleasant, and when you take a sip, the fragrance of the wooden vat and the umami of rice spread quickly. The label gives a classical impression, but the sweetness is well balanced, juicy, and crisp. Truly delicious. At GINZA SIX IMADEYA.
I bought it on a business trip to Niigata and let it sit for about a month before opening the bottle. The gas pressure was so high that the bottle was blown open! When I slowly stirred in the strained flavor, I could smell the lactic acid bacteria and it tasted like calpis. Whatever you drink, Abe, it is always good.
Gentle aroma, gassy, fresh and fruity but with a slight sweetness and bitterness that gives it a nice sharpness. Great cosmetics and the sake goes down a treat. At Matsuzaki's
This is my first time at Akabu. First, I bought a Junmai sake. It is gorgeous, with a moderate sweetness and a good balance of umami and bitterness. It is a great food sake with great cost performance. At Matsuzaki
Immediately after opening the bottle, I felt that it had a strong seme smell and was delicious but too peculiar, but from the second day, the seme smell subsided and the balance of sweetness and umami was excellent. At Hashimoto's
Since I couldn't buy Hana-yosu, I bought Kameizumi and Monsoon. Compared to what I drank at the end of the year, the February production is different in acidity and amino acid specs, but still gorgeous and has a great pineapple feel! At Hashimoto's.
Sweet and juicy! The acidity you feel afterward is also good. The junmai ginjo was also delicious, but I really recommend the cosy junmai. Try Mekada-san.
Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki by Hanahayokyu. The aroma is very gorgeous, as one would expect from Hanaoyokyu. The taste has a sweetness of tropical fruits, but it is dry and quickly quenched. More beautiful than Miyamanishiki and Hachitanishiki. Delicious. At Hashimoto's.
