During my trip to Karuizawa, I took a short trip to Ueda to visit Okazaki Sake Brewery.
Yanagimachi is a nice place with an emotional townscape.
I bought Hitogokochi and Yumemizuho from Noto. Shinshu Kamerei, which I tasted for the first time, has a slight gasiness, citrus acidity, and sweetness. I am glad I was able to get two bottles with the help of my wife, as we are limited to one bottle per person. I will visit Ueda again because Levain's bread and Hishiya's miso are both excellent.

On a business trip to Niigata, I stopped by my usual Nishikiya Sake Shop and purchased this bottle. I bought this bottle because it is a typical Niigata sake.
