I bought it on a business trip to Niigata and let it sit for about a month before opening the bottle. The gas pressure was so high that the bottle was blown open! When I slowly stirred in the strained flavor, I could smell the lactic acid bacteria and it tasted like calpis. Whatever you drink, Abe, it is always good.

Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki by Hanahayokyu. The aroma is very gorgeous, as one would expect from Hanaoyokyu. The taste has a sweetness of tropical fruits, but it is dry and quickly quenched. More beautiful than Miyamanishiki and Hachitanishiki. Delicious. At Hashimoto's.
