The aroma is ripe green melon. The fizzy, crunchy mouthfeel is robust, big sweetness and a little astringency.
The style, which disappears quickly with a good alsophone, is just like the fortepiano in the title. ☺️
It has a very high quality taste that is typical of a medium-aged wine, and I think it is one of the best I've had this season.
I think it is a solid Jyushidai among the Jyushidai group, even in terms of the label on the back 🤣.
