I like vanilla whiskey too, so I bought the label 😌.
The aroma isn't very fancy, just a little bit of a cloying sweetness.
The mouthfeel is sweet on the tip of the tongue, but in the middle of the tongue, it is quite sweet. The quality of the sake is also thick and viscous, specializing in big sweetness in mellow.
The finish is slightly bitter, so I think they are dissolving the rice quite a bit. The sake level is not only -10, but probably -40.
I got the impression that the flavor was unsettled on the first day. I think it will become more balanced over the days.
