I've heard it's good, but it's really good! I drank it for myself and was convinced. It's a pure rice Daiginjo and it has a beautiful mouthfeel without any hindrance. When you drink it, you can feel the fruity flavor and acidity like a peach. The aftertaste is not long, and it is refreshing. You can drink it by itself as much as you like. I am very happy to drink it in this quality for the sake in the prefecture.

AKISHIKA Junmai-Ginjo Super Dry Nishiki It has a slightly yellowish taste. When you drink it, it is a crisp dry taste. After the spiciness, you can feel the flavor of the rice and a little sweetness. It is naturally very crisp and goes well with food. I can't stop drinking this super dry sake. When it's warmed up, it's mellow and has a different flavor! It's good with nabe and oden.

It's easier to get with mechanization, so it's not as premier as it used to be, but the flavor is so high! It's delicious. I was able to enjoy the full flavor and sweetness of the rice. It has no bitterness or peculiarities, and it's just easy to drink and crisp. I can take a four-pack of it by myself!

Oriental Bird Modern Solid Color Yamada Nishiki Domaine. The aroma is moderate, with a taste of sweet and sour white wine. You can understand why it is said to go well with Western food. It's calm and gentle and you can taste the flavor of the rice. The dangerous drinkability of the drink that seems to make you drink a certain amount? The mouthpiece? For now, I'll have another drink.

NatsuRin Omachi Junmai-Ginjo, unfiltered raw sake. This is a summer brew from Shinomine. This is the last summer brew in this year. When you drink it, it has a piquant and clear fizzy taste. It has a distinct sour and sweet-sour taste, with a hint of plum and citrus at first. The sweetness is not so sweet, it's refreshing, and there's a slight spiciness in the second half. You can also taste plenty of Omachi's flavor. Aomori wore long sleeves for the first time since spring today lol.

It has a very refreshing mouthfeel like a summer sake. It has a great fruitiness! Muscat-like. How can you make such an almost white wine like drink out of rice! It's strange. It has a nice kick. You might want to pair it with cheese, prosciutto or sour fruit. This is my first time drinking Yamagata Masamune and it's really good! This is the daytime section and the summer sake is available in the late night section with a male and female label. I'd like to try it... lol.

This is my first time using Naraman. The aroma is not so great. When you drink it, you get a feeling of bubbles and fizziness, then a rich rice flavor, and a hint of sweetness. And then there's a distinct melon flavor! It feels pretty solid. But the spiciness comes at the end. It's a very tasty and delicious drink. The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees.

This is Tenmei's Orikarami Honnayoi, Nakadori-Go. Anyway, it's fresh and thick! It's full of rice flavor with a good amount of acidity and a banana-like aroma. It's not sweet. It's not too sweet, but it's fruity. I would like to try Tenmei's other specs as well.

With a sake rating of +15, I was expecting it to be dry before I drank it, but when I tried it, I could smell the fruity aroma and the sweetness and flavor of the rice. I had this one in puffy as well. As it's named 15 on the pink label, it's strawberry-like (not strawberry-flavored) with a firm, fruity sweetness and refreshing sourness that I like in women. It felt pretty sweet to my tongue, which tends to be dry in taste these days! This was my first time drinking this sake and I felt it was probably as popular with women as Murasuke is with women. It's hard to find, but if I get a chance, I'd love to try the different specs.
