100% Yamadanishiki, Special A district, 100% pure contracted rice, Junmai-genre sake
It's unpasteurized and has a high alcohol content, but it's moderately spicy and has a rich Yamadanishiki flavor and sweetness. Delicious! Rice is so good! Sake is so good! I felt that.
