It's made from Yamada Nishiki and Omachi. It's 13% alcohol by volume, so women and those who don't like traditional sake will probably have no problem drinking it! It's a modern sake that is light and smooth, but has a strong flavor and is slightly firing. It's fruity and has a nice acidity. I think the sake is exactly what the brewer intended. It was very tasty! It was good to drink.

AKABU Akatake's SEA. The alcohol content is low at 13, and it was not a sweet and sour sake with a faint gasiness. The citrus and berry sourness is refreshing and easy to drink. It was a perfect summer bottle.

Very fruity and juicy. You can feel a faint hint of melon. It is full of the flavor of Omachi and very delicious. It's 16% unpasteurized, but it's crisp and crisp, and you'll drink a lot of it.

This is Tamura Uzu Nigori-so from Niida Honke. A friend of mine in Fukushima sent it to me! It has a soft sweetness and sourness that is typical of light nigori, with a faint sense of gas. It has a sense of alcohol and it is refreshing. The flavor of the rice is also very good. The alcohol content is not low, but you can drink more and more (^^).

I've had it in bars before, but this was the first time I've had it at home, lol... I don't get to see it very often, but I got one left a while ago in a nearby city! I don't think I need to write about the taste of anything, but it had a concentrated flavor, an irresistible acidity, and a great crispness! I like the gasiness of it! But it's delicious - I'd buy it again and drink it alone next time! (^-^)

This is a low alcohol type white koji brewed junmai sake, Amakoneko Amakoneko. I opened it at a drinking party at home, but it was gone in no time because it was too popular. It was like a fruit wine or a Japanese white wine, sour and sweet, like a fruit wine or a Japanese white wine, and it was a delicious sake for anyone to enjoy! I'll never get it again lol. This was the raw sake type.

Hojoi Junmai Nigori Sake Kame no O 100% Delicious! The acidity is exquisite, juicy & fruity. It has a melon flavor. It's not too sweet, but it's sharp with a strong rice flavor. It was something very tasty!

I sensed a melon. It's unfiltered and unpasteurized, and the alcohol content is high. It's not so sweet and you can drink it easily. I felt like it would be more useful to drink it with food (we had it with the sake alone).

This was also a gift from a friend in Fukushima. It has a fruity aroma, and when you drink it, you get a banana-like flavor and sweetness, with just a hint of bitterness. It was a sake that had a refreshing feeling and cut through quickly. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not too sweet or heavy, it's very easy to drink and light. It was a treat.
