Gohyakumangoku 55% polished rice
After drinking it once, I am already a big fan of Murasakyu.
From the glass, you can smell the pear-like aroma.
Although it is a Gohyakumangoku, I mistakenly thought it was Omachi. I was mistakenly thinking it was Omachi, but it is sweet.
The acidity is also very strong.
At the end, the sharpness is like that of Ihyakumangoku.
I have a feeling that this will become a regular of mine from now on.
65% polished rice
Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture.
The aroma wafting out from the glass is moderate.
If one were to venture a guess, the aroma is like that of cider.
In the mouth, it has a crisp, dry mouthfeel, then the umami arrives quickly and disappears.
Although it does not make a strong statement, I enjoyed drinking it continuously without getting tired of drinking it!

It is unquestionably delicious.
The aroma before drinking is gorgeous.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight gaseous sensation, which is pleasant. After that, the mild mouthfeel spreads, the sweetness spreads, and it disappears slowly and smoothly. It is not so sharp, but it has a nice aftertaste.
Kamo Nishiki and Brilliance are definitely the best!
Good evening, Marubee-san.
Kamo Nishiki is really delicious, no matter what you drink, whether it's a cargo tag or a Brilliance. It has just the right amount of sweetness.
I especially love Brilliance.
Today, a New Year's-like bottle, the Two Hares 2024 zodiac sign bottle.
As is typical of 55 polished rice, it is a fusion of full-bodied and clear flavors.
It is easy to drink, with a freshness that is typical of nama sake. It has an apple-like flavor.
Anyway, it is definitely delicious!
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, residents and breweries, and all those affected by the disaster. Please protect your lives and take care of yourself as it is a cold season. 😣
This New Year's Day is Sanzu! With 13% alcohol,
It has a fresh, fresh, shwashy and very fruity taste with a fresh aroma. Very tasty!
The taste is similar to that of Kaze no Mori.
Now to finish up New Year's Eve... Which one will it be...
Smirnoff!
Kura-no-Hana 50% polished rice
16% alcohol by volume
The aroma is slightly tropical and fruit-like.
In the mouth, the taste is clear and crisp.
It is described as "very dry," and that is exactly what it is.
It is a perfect sake to end the year ^_^.
Have a good New Year's with your favorite sake!

I have never heard of this brand, but it is very famous among people in Nagano Prefecture.
It is described as a very dry sake that one would not touch without a recommendation from the owner of a favorite restaurant ^_^.
In fact, from the moment it entered the glass, it had a subtle fruity aroma, and when I put it in my mouth, I did not feel much sweetness, but I felt a good amount of acidity, and it was sharp and crisp.
A very tasty sake!
It's always fun to meet new sake 😀.
Kihotsuru Hiyoroshi
Sagabiyori 60% polished rice
15% alcohol by volume
The best temperature is said to be 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, but we can't wait until the temperature rises ^_^.
The first sip is very mild and easy to drink.
There is little sweetness, but after a while, the umami spreads slowly and elegantly on the tongue. The ginjo aroma is modest at first, but spreads well in the mouth.
It is delicious. Enjoy it slowly ^_^
15% alcohol
The first mouthfeel is mild, due to the lactic acid bacteria.
It has a slight lactobacillus aroma and sweet fruitiness.
It may be similar to peach.
The taste is a little characteristic, but after a few sips, it becomes familiar and changes to a pleasant taste.
The flavor changes over the course of a week, so I will enjoy it while waiting. ^_^

This is the only nigori sake from Kangiku.
This is very rare,
Take a sip...
It's a little bit sweet, and then... sweet!
It's so delicious!

Fruity! Sweet, yet refreshing.
It's so delicious! We had another serving of this!
Hatsu Shibori Sugitama Label
100% Gohyakumangoku rice
Polishing rice 55%, 15% alc.
I feel that many Gohyakumangoku sakes have a rather dry finish, but this one is amazing!
Is it Omachi? It has a sweetness that is almost like an omachi, but it is so smooth and easy to drink.
It's so delicious. I can't get enough of it!
I love purple space😍!
Jyushidai after a long time.
This is a special honjozo sake.
The name "Hiden Tamagase" is said to come from the fact that the brewing alcohol added is made in-house.
Polishing ratio 55%, Gohyakumangoku, 15% alcohol content.
As one would expect from Jyushidai!
This is one of the best honjozo sake I have ever tasted.
It has a smooth sweetness and umami flavor.
The label reads
The label reads, "A clean, fruity, representative sake of Jyushidai, born from the concept of high quality sake at an affordable price."
But on the net, the price is around 40000... It's still a coveted sake that ordinary people can't afford in bottles😅.
Another rare sake.
It is brewed by the Nishioka Sake Brewery, which is known for Kure.
According to the owner, there is only one store in the whole country that carries it. 😳
It is also good that they use Hinohikari, which is edible rice!
The taste has a slight banana and rummy aroma.
It has a light sourness and sweetness.
Once in a lifetime.... I wonder if I will see this sake again in my life ^_^.
Good evening, Nisan 😃!
I also had Kurozon at a tavern in Dekeshima, Osaka in August! It was my first time to know that sake and it was delicious! 😋Rare encounters are wonderful ✨.
Yamanashi, first tasting.
It was delicious. It has a refreshing taste. But it also has sweetness, but not too strong. It is delicious!
I feel like I'm missing out because I haven't encountered it until now.

From the glass, there is little characteristic aroma.
The acidity covers the entire mouth slightly, the umami of rice spreads softly, and then fades away.
It is as if the sake was challenged head-on with its original flavor.
It is a sake that is exceptionally tasty. It is a sake that I want to drink all the time.
