First time drinking this sake.
The low polished rice gives it a full, thick flavor.
It has a tangy, dry taste, but soon a soft sweetness is felt, with a slight banana aftertaste. The aftertaste has a hint of banana or something.
I wrote "banana and pear" on the label. ^_^
I have a very good impression of this sake. ^_^
