The aroma is like a white wine, or rather, it smells like a glass of wine.
Take a sip, and the umami flavor comes through first!
The first sip is delicious, and then the acidity kicks in.
But from the second sip, the acidity is not so pronounced. The sweetness is felt at the end, and the volume is outstanding.
For a daiginjo, it has a strong assertiveness, and I love it💕.
After a few days, the alcohol has increased a bit. The acidity also drops a bit and the mellowness becomes more noticeable.
