It's a tough rice. It's labeled as super dry, but it's not that dry. I drank it chilled, but I think it's best served hot. I would give it a ⭐3.6 as a cold sake.
Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture's special A district. Very sweet taste. Slightly carbonated. Bitterness. Grapefruit and orange. Like fruit juice. It doesn't feel like sake anymore. Delicious. Favorability ⭐4.8
Dry. The color is dark and it looks like old sake. But it's not harsh at all. It goes perfectly with fatty yellowtail sashimi. It's easy to drink, which is something you don't get with other sake like this. It's delicious.
1/21 The aroma of smoked fish has become stronger.

Finally, the whole country is complete.
Rich and dry. It has an aroma of rice and melon. It has acidity, and is easy to drink and delicious while also having a firm rice tightness.
