I bought it because I was told it was fruity and easy to drink, but to me, a genuine sake drinker, it was just like a normal sake, with a bitterness to it.
I had super high expectations since the summer sake here was the number one sake for me as a non-drinker. The sake was not that fruity, but had a bitterness typical of sake.
It was not too sweet, but not too sweet either, just fresh and delicious. My wife, who is more of a wine and beer drinker than a sake drinker, was also impressed with the taste.
Good morning, Mr. Gedo😃.
Everyone loves beetles🌈Children can enjoy them in the forest🌳 and adults can enjoy them at home🏠.
A delicious low-alcoholic summer sake! Enjoy the variety 👋.
I've had it several times and each time it seems different. It has a fruity aroma and is slightly sweet, but what remains at the end is the bitterness of sake. I'm a bitterness drinker, so this bitterness makes me wow. I also thought it was fun to see the taste change depending on the food.
It was recommended to me as a very good sake, but unfortunately it was too advanced for me as a non-drinker. (It is a favorite of my wife, who loves to drink.)
I drank it 3 days ago right after opening the bottle and my impression was "a full-bodied sake with a strong umami flavor", but today I felt a good fruity sweetness.
My son tasted the sake he had worked so hard to obtain. The taste was mellow, deep and deep, with a hint of sweetness that "spread" rather than just being felt.
