Recently, I have gradually started drinking local sake. I wanted to try a draft sake I saw at a roadside station and bought it. It was a bit sweet with a lot of nigorigo, but it was a tasty and punchy sake with a sense of liveliness.

This is my favorite flavor among all the Tenju I have had so far. I imagined it to have a "umami juwa" flavor, but it also has a refreshing feeling and a delicious zingy sensation at the end.

Purchased at a local liquor store. First time to buy Kaorucho, and chose Shunyo from about 4 varieties. I like this sake rice as much as comet. The taste is soft as I expected. It has a clear taste with a little acidity. Then fruity umami. It is delicious. ใ€€Since it was the first time to taste a local brand, I chose Shunyo, which I was sure I would like. I was worried about the Oumachi that was next to it, but for today's entrรฉe, I think Oumachi would have been fine. It was so delicious that I would definitely like to try other sakes.

The aroma is not that noticeable. The taste is clean and dry. Is it sharp and clean? I wonder if it goes well with a meal. It is delicious, but not my favorite.

I've been busy lately and my fridge has been lonely... I found a bottle of Nanaken Hiyayogoshi at a local supermarket. ใ€€When I opened the bottle, it had a fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the robust flavor. The acidity and spiciness are assertive, and the slight bitterness is very tasty.

Today we went to Ramune Onsen at my wife's request. On the way home, I looked for some delicious local sake and found Senbazuru. I found a bottle of fresh orizake, so I immediately bought it. ใ€€I was going to open it when I got home, but I was careless and sprayed it ๐Ÿ˜… It's delicious. It tastes as good as Doburokuni! I will buy it again!

The season of hiyaoroshi, which is not my favorite sake, has arrived. As a sake novice, I have neglected hiyaoroshi because I was looking for a more "fancy" taste, but I feel like I am gradually getting to know the taste of hiyaoroshi ๐Ÿ˜.

Obtained on an out-of-prefecture expedition. We got a bottle of gorgeous Omachi. With freshly caught fatty bonito and kanpachi sashimi. It tastes as good as a strong-flavored meal.

Good evening Rishu ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š. I still haven't made it to Beppu (Hanayu) since the heavy rains blocked the road before the July holiday ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’ง. Freshly caught bonito โ‰๏ธ is a nice and rich dinner ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘ I finally caught akou over the weekend ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

Good evening, Mr. Chidori ๐Ÿ˜Š. You didn't make it to Beppu? Kotani-san changes quickly, so if you can come at the right time to check the blog, you might be able to find a good sake ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Akou! That's a good one ๐Ÿ˜†.

There have been many typhoons this year. Thanks to them, I couldn't go fishing for a long time, but I got some tasty fish after a long time ๐Ÿ˜Š. ใ€€I decided to buy some sake to go with the fish! I stopped by a liquor store and found an elegant sake called "Elegant Namahashi-zukuri". The acidity goes well with bonito.

Hachitan Nishiki is my personal Chiebijin No.1or2! At first, the taste is a bit limpid, with a delicious, chili-like flavor. As the temperature rises, the umami becomes stronger and the sense of raw ripeness increases. It is as good as bonito tataki (bonito with a delicious flavor). It is a happy deliciousness.

Hi Rishu ๐Ÿฅ‚. I'm curious about your other two-top ๐Ÿ˜†. I've only had Chiebijin Aizan, so I'm sure Hachitan Nishiki must be delicious too ๐Ÿ˜‹. Bonito tataki would be nice too ๐Ÿคคโœจ

Hi, staggered feet. Aizan is also delicious ๐Ÿ˜†. The other one is Junmai Daiginjo Comet, which is shipped at the end of the year. I think it is one of the most spectacular of the Chiebijin. It is becoming a firm part of our family's New Year's sake ๐Ÿ˜.

This is my first time shooting beauty. It seems to be a commemorative sake... When you put it in your mouth, the umami and bitterness spreads in your mouth. It is not too sharp and has a slight clearness, but overall, you can strongly feel the solid umami. It is delicious.

When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness spreads in your mouth and the umami comes later. I immediately checked the label. It is Omachi, isn't it? It has a strong punch. It seems to go well with strong meals such as meat.

Rishu-san Good evening ๐Ÿ˜€Tataki bonito and chicken sashimi are the best... I envy you... Chicken sashimi is hard to find in Kanto...

Good evening, brother ๐Ÿ˜ƒ There seems to be a lot of good stuff in Kanto...but it's your preference. In Kyushu, you can find them in supermarkets ๐Ÿ˜.
