Last paid tip run of the year. I went to the liquor store to secure snacks for this evening. It was the first time to see this brand. I was attracted by the freshly squeezed sake, so I bought it.
It has a clear, refreshing taste with a slightly alcoholic flavor. It goes well with freshly caught sashimi.

We went to a liquor store that sells Omine. I had visited several times in the past in search of the desired product, but never had a chance to find it... It had been a long time since I saw Yukiojo (Snow Woman) three years ago, and this was my first chance. I bought it without hesitation. Very grapefruit. It has a clean and beautiful taste with a hint of sourness and bitterness. Delicious.

Delicious sake with a very sour taste. It feels more like white wine than any other sake I have ever had. I felt a chirpiness when I just took it out of the fridge. I checked and it seems that it tastes good warmed up.

I enjoyed the Shunyo I got the other day, so I bought the Yumachi as well. It has a punchy taste typical of Omachi. As the description says, it is dry and has a robust flavor.
We served it with hamachi sashimi that we let sit overnight and delicacies that we purchased at a Hokkaido product exhibition. The flavor is as good as the food.

I traveled to Fukuoka to cheer for the Princess Ekiden. We stopped at a liquor store for the first time. I was curious about many things, but it would take me a while to get home, so I chose a fire-brewed sake.
When I opened the bottle, I smelled a sweet aroma. The taste is soft, sweet and fruity. The flavor is soft, sweet, and fruity. It is delicious. It goes well with fatty barracuda sashimi.
