Senbazuru, I've seen it before at Yodobashi 🤔.
I think it was also on the stock list of a liquor store in Moriguchi that carries only rare brands in Kansai.
But I've never bought it, so this is my first time to drink it.
Polishing ratio 60%, Hachitan-Nishiki 16-17%, Sake degree +7, Acidity 1.8
1,700 yen
It is gorgeous but dry and mature.
I thought it was great that the Kyushu breweries were drinking Gura-san at a high rate 😆. ゆうさんNothing to hold back, just boozy booze: ‼️
Good. つくねんIt tastes like a junmai sake from Kyushu, with the whole rice flavor, including sweetness and a tangy taste. The label is a message to drink it with a glass of wine. あかさClean and sharp aftertaste. グラI had never heard of this sake, even though it is from Oita. Of course, it was my first time.
Slightly fruity aroma. It has a clean white wine taste. Gradually, it has a classic dry taste. Ideal as a food sake. NomBaySlightly hazy silver
Aroma is clean for the specs, with a clean ginjo aroma
Clean aftertaste RishuSenbazuru is a recent favorite. I had a standard brand. It tastes a little alcoholic, but it has a clear and clean taste. おじさんThe fukuyoka taste of rice spreads in the mouth. RishuToday we went to Ramune Onsen at my wife's request. On the way home, I looked for some delicious local sake and found Senbazuru. I found a bottle of fresh orizake, so I immediately bought it.
I was going to open it when I got home, but I was careless and sprayed it 😅 It's delicious. It tastes as good as Doburokuni! I will buy it again! 海賊狩りperformance to liven up a bar
Assorted Kimchi
Paprika, picked melon
Mushrooms, pears and black pepper yawaraka43The aroma was much mellower since it was drunk at room temperature, but easy to drink. nanazoIt was medium hot on the menu, but it was orthodox except for Lingering aftertaste. うとうとKusumi Senbazuru, with its strong Japanese-style label and flavor image, was sent to me by a relative because they had created a fashionable new brand.
The name of the sake, "Andante," means "as fast as walking" in Italian. It is also a musical term.
This sake is said to express the desire to move forward steadily, step by step.
Sake rice used for Senbazuru is usually Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture, but this one uses Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The taste is quite different from the usual, and I think it may be my favorite of the Senbazuru brands. うとうとThis one has a different atmosphere from the usual thousand paper cranes.
It was sent to us by a relative along with the wine next door.
The label is a picture of the brewery drawn by Fumio Takuma, which is also used on the brewery's website, giving it a special feel.
The taste gave the impression of strong acidity.
Overall, Senbazuru has a strong attack. Super MasaA little stylish etiquettes.
Delicate aroma.
The taste spreads slowly in the mouth.
It is a little light, so it is a good bottle to drink in early spring. TakuAt Yufuin. Hot sake.
Crisp and very tasty! nobLocal Sake
Mellow, sweet, and a nice aroma that passes through the nose. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
