I was attracted by the red "Comet" and bought it immediately. Comet is my favorite sake rice. I thought it would have a refreshing taste, but it has a strong umami flavor. I think it goes well with the Japanese dishes such as boiled rice. It is delicious!

The staff warned us to be careful when opening the bottle because it was too vigorous this year. As he said, it took quite a while to reach the Arc de Triomphe. It tastes very robust.

This is my favorite flavor among all the Tenju I have had so far. I imagined it to have a "umami juwa" flavor, but it also has a refreshing feeling and a delicious zingy sensation at the end.

In the mouth, umami-style sweetness spreads to a slight bitterness and a chirichiri sensation. While hiyaoroshi sake was on the shelves, we bought some leftover summer sake. It goes in smoothly and the umami flavor spreads and has a strong taste. It is delicious.

Hachitan Nishiki is my personal Chiebijin No.1or2! At first, the taste is a bit limpid, with a delicious, chili-like flavor. As the temperature rises, the umami becomes stronger and the sense of raw ripeness increases. It is as good as bonito tataki (bonito with a delicious flavor). It is a happy deliciousness.

Hi, staggered feet. Aizan is also delicious 😆. The other one is Junmai Daiginjo Comet, which is shipped at the end of the year. I think it is one of the most spectacular of the Chiebijin. It is becoming a firm part of our family's New Year's sake 😁.

I bought Chiebijin liqueur for the first time. It is a new liqueur made from "Berrits" strawberries grown in the prefecture. It goes well with cakes.

 This is my first Tenpouichi. I was attracted by the 100% Hachitan Nishiki, so I bought it. It is very refreshing. It is not too sweet, but has a robust flavor.  I have been drinking a lot of low-alcohol sakes recently, so 16% works well for me. As expected, it has an elegant taste, so I enjoyed it with sashimi, which I was a little excited about. It is delicious!

 Very nice aroma when the bottle is opened. The sweetness and umami spread in the mouth. It is not acidic, but has a sweet and astringent taste. It is best enjoyed in an air-conditioned room with an elegant meal. Unfortunately, the wild me enjoys it smoked 😅.

 I was looking for something new to drink at a liquor store I frequent when I found "Yamamoto Uki Uki"! I had never come across it before, so I bought it immediately.  It is a spring sake. The first sip was sweet and tasty, and the last sip was sour and sour. It is a delicious sake with a sour taste and a bitter taste that spreads at the end. It is delicious. And I like the taste.  Uki Uki" had no special meaning, right? A little disappointing 😁.

 I missed out on buying it last year, so I bought it early this year. Since the first time I drank this sake, I was impressed by the punchy and robust flavor of Omachi.  After taking a sip, you feel a chill in the back of your mouth, and then the umami spreads. It is delicious.

 I found some Ichiebijin that I hadn't seen at the liquor store. They said it just arrived yesterday. Be careful when opening the bottle! The bottle was not screw capped, but crowned. The liquor store was very careful to warn us, but we opened the bottle without any difficulty.  The supernatant had a clean taste. After closing the bottle and stirring, I took a sip. It was quite refreshing among the nigoris we drank this year. Then, bitterness, umami, and acidity come in. It is delicious. We had it with tuna sashimi which has a strong flavor.

 I couldn't pick it up for a while because I had some errands to run. Finally, I was able to drink it. It has a refreshing sweetness and umami flavor. I am looking forward to another year of healthy and delicious sake.

Shu-pon! A nice sound was heard as soon as the bottle was opened. When you take a sip, the delicious flavor spreads in your mouth. The taste is firm and chili. At the end, you will feel sourness and bitterness.
