Timeline
RishuThis year's year-end and New Year's holidays were busy with the family's Corona commotion😨...and so the last of 23 years was the Eikofuji. I enjoyed it very much. RishuThe aroma is not that noticeable. The taste is clean and dry. Is it sharp and clean? I wonder if it goes well with a meal. It is delicious, but not my favorite. Rishu Junmai Ginjo Beppin DEWA33 Nama Sake
It's been a while since I bought a jacket. But I saw DEWA33 on the label, so I bought it without hesitation, thinking that there must be no mistake. The aroma is not that strong, and the flavor spreads quickly after the first sip. The last taste is sour and pungent. I will enjoy it with smoked fish.
Rishu When you take a sip, you can feel the piquancy in the back of your mouth. The flavor spreads and is cut off by a slight sourness and bitterness. We enjoyed it with taro in oden. Rishu We received many delicious sake this year. The last sake of the year was Eiko-Fuji. The first taste is sweet and refreshing, but soon it starts to get a bit bitter and ends up with a bit of spiciness. It is very delicious.
The top 3 most delicious sake of this year
No. 1 Hanayu Rikuwada
It is just so delicious that it moves you. It is the best taste of all.
No. 2 Joshinin Kuheiji
It has a perfect balance of biri biri, sweetness and bitterness.
Third place: Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Sake
Another chiribiri and delicious sake!
Here's hoping we'll see more good sake next year! Rishu The first sip is very refreshing, but soon after, the tangy sweetness and umami spreads out and the delicious flavor remains until the very end. Very tasty. Rishu Great carbonation. It didn't take that long to open but the bubbles came up vigorously. The aroma was very green apple. The taste is sourness preceded by a refreshing spiciness and a bit of sweetness. Not much bitterness. Delicious. It went well with Himeichi's Nanban. Rishu My first time at Yokoyama. It is very soft on the palate. At the end, it has a fruity sweetness and a little sourness. It's very refreshing and you don't feel the alcohol. Next time, I'll buy the raw sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
