next five colors 2022 It's been over a day, but Happy New Year! I chose blue for New Year's Eve to represent the end of the year, and red for New Year's Day to represent the beginning of the year. The Isshiro-Suisei was gentle and easy to drink, but this one has a bit of sourness and a crisp image. I wish for peace in Japan this year, and that we will be able to enjoy many delicious sakes.

Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 I have seen a lot of posts on Sake-no-wa about this Denshogiku, and I have been looking at it with my fingers crossed that I would like to try it too. I was so happy to get it this year. I thought it would have a flashy taste because of the image on the label, but it turned out to be a clear, easy-drinking brew. I can see why it is so popular. I decided to buy the regular one for now, but I should have bought the orikagami one as well... This is the end of the collection.

Mixseed series ShAKE Dry nigori sake. The supernatant was not sweet, and it looked like a Japanese pear. Even when mixed with ori, it is dry. It is smooth on the palate. It seems to go well with Western food.

Tokubetsu Junmai Shu 2022 Shinshu We haven't even consumed all the sake we bought on our trip to Morioka, and now there's new sake! I had to buy it! I bought this one as an idiot child. It was mildly fresh. This is the kind of sake I like. I remember drinking it all while eating hand-rolled sushi. I have to get rid of all the stuff I've accumulated before New Year's Eve...

TABAYASHI KIMITO JUNMAI Crash Label #12 DEATH OR GLORY Gin-no-sake KIBUNE 3/3 I'm not a fan of The Clash, but I picked this up because the label depicting Paul Simenon slamming the bass into the paddler looked so cool. I was expecting the taste to be punchy, but it was surprisingly refreshing. It tastes a little bit like a traditional sake yeast yeast in the back, but it is easy to drink like water. After a few hours, the sake tasted a little more like sake yeast, so I tried heating it up, which also gave a good impression. I also bought some kumquat from OSUZU GIN and that was the end of my trip to Morioka. I would like to visit Morioka again someday, as there are some sake that I gave up due to lack of money and refrigerator space, as well as some gourmet food that I am interested in.

AKIAGARI 50 Hon-nama Jungin Gin no Sake Kibune 2/3 A delicious sake that is easy to drink and to my liking. But I remember thinking that the Tenmei I really want to drink is the Nakadori series... I also remember that there were many customers at Gin no Sake Kibune and I had a hard time looking around. I also remember that I thought it was a wine cellar behind the door and didn't go in. I regretted it.

Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu 55 Gin-no-shu Kibune 1/3 It was a long time ago, so I don't remember the details, but I got the impression that it was a beautiful, honors-quality sake. It took me quite a while to finish it, but I don't think it lost much of its flavor until the end. When I arrived at Kibune and got out of the car, I saw a couple standing in front of the entrance. What? I thought, but they informed me that the Akabu Galaxy was sold out. I didn't even know it was on sale, so no damage.

Fully ripe peach Fukuraiya 3/3 It's been a while since my last visit to Morioka. I thought to myself that I had to go so far to buy a Houou Mita, but I was right in choosing this one. This was the most memorable of all the sake I drank this year. It was sweet, but the aftertaste was not so sticky, and it had an overwhelming sense of pulpiness. It was like a high-class sweet to drink. I envied the people of Morioka who could comfortably go to Fukuroiya to buy this... and so I went to my final destination, Gin no Sake Kibune.

Junmai 70.5% polished Hiyoroshi Fukuraiya Sake Shop 2/3 Immediately after drinking Kunigon, there is a somewhat mellow feeling. It doesn't have a modern feel, but it is very easy to drink. There were quite a few customers in the small store, so it was hard to relax.

Junmai Ginjo Akiagari Fukuroiya Sake Shop 1/3 Clean, not too spicy and easy to drink. Not too spicy and easy to drink. We enjoyed it while eating autumn fish. Fukuroiya Sake Brewery is right in front of Senboku-cho Station. If you go there by car, there is a parking space in the parking lot of the apartment building diagonally across the street.

Jay, I see that you also visit Fukuya Brewery. (I'm sure they have a lot of brands that you can only buy on the internet.) They have Houou Mita, Kangiku, Kuroryu, and other brands that you can only buy online. They also accept credit cards and are one of the most valuable liquor stores in Morioka.

Junmai Yobi-shu Honnen Usu Nigori Nama-shu Kagiya 3/3 Not too classic, not too modern, very much to my taste. I like it very much...but I can't describe it any more because I don't have the ability to express myself.... Some people say that Kagiya is unsociable according to the reviews on Google Maps, but I don't mind it because I'm a shy comic. After this, we went to Fukuroiya Sake Shop.

macho Goli Macho Key shop 2/3 There were about four kinds of "Oobai" (large sake cups) on the shelves, which were not available at the time of my previous visit, so I chose this one, which seemed to be the hardest to drink. Contrary to my expectations, it was slightly carbonated and quite easy to drink. It was easy to drink, although it had a slight aftertaste of aging. I finished it in two days. When you visit Kagiya, I recommend you park at the Sakanamachi parking lot for free for 30 minutes.

Junmai Ginjo Omachi This is a trophy from a trip to Morioka during the Silver Week when I suddenly decided that I wanted to eat cold noodles. I bought this at a key shop. There was also a bottle of POP recommended by the manager. There was also a bottle of Aizan, but I chose this one because it had a POP on it recommending it to the manager. I thought it was Aizan because of the pink label, but it turned out to be Omachi. Compared to the MM Spyder and the one with the light blue label, which I remember from somewhere else in my memory, the sweetness is moderate. I think it is easy to drink for everyone. I ate cold noodles with my beard. I had skipped breakfast this morning and arrived at the restaurant with a very hungry stomach, but at noon there were about 15 people waiting in line. However, it was so delicious that there was a long line. I know the locals might say that there are better places to eat...

Morioka cold noodles? Pyonpyonsha is famous for it, but I personally liked Morirokaku๐ŸŽถ.

Good evening, Jay! Is the Morioka locksmith a store in the Sakanamachi shopping district? It was a normal liquor store and no mark. (โŠ™_โ—Ž) You have unexpected brands in unexpected places, don't you? Tsunagari no moustache is very tasty, including yakiniku.

Mr. Kiski, I have been to Pyonpyonsha several times, so I did not go there. I had to drive so I had to go to a place with a parking lot. Mr. Kumagai, there was also Hanaboe if I remember correctly.

Junmai Dry Tokachi I chose the dry version this time because the previous one was too sweet. When I opened my mouth, I was eating sukiyaki, so I felt it was just the right spiciness to go with sukiyaki. It's not really spicy, so I don't think it would be sympathetic to those who like spicy sake.

Rice and agave Turtle tail I was really curious about the one with agave syrup, so I ended up buying it. It is refreshingly sweet. I think the sweetness was stronger in the rice and kouji. It's good, and it's my favorite, but at a price so high that I could buy two bottles of another Yongou for one bottle and get change for it, I'd hesitate to buy it unless it was a bonus season or something... On a side note, I didn't know that agave syrup is usually available at imported grocery stores. This means that if you do something about it, you can buy it at home... Oops, someone's here!

Limited edition, flat rice, unadjusted, orikarami, Blue label The summer sake is over, but the blue one continues. It feels the most like sake among the Hiragana Takachiyos I've had so far. It does not have a sweet taste.

Summer Hatsugetsu Junmai Ginjo This is the last sake labeled "summer". This is the only Kikumori I've ever had, but I wonder if the guy at the liquor store where I buy this only stocks this...? Am I just missing the timing?
