Jaynext five colors 2022
It's been over a day, but Happy New Year!
I chose blue for New Year's Eve to represent the end of the year, and red for New Year's Day to represent the beginning of the year.
The Isshiro-Suisei was gentle and easy to drink, but this one has a bit of sourness and a crisp image.
I wish for peace in Japan this year, and that we will be able to enjoy many delicious sakes.
