On my way back from visiting the National Diet Library, I stopped by Kitasenju to purchase some items. It is much smaller than the main store (which I have never been to), but the selection is quite good, and I had quite a bit of trouble deciding what to buy. I was planning to buy some sake here as a gift, and I wanted something fire-brewed, but I was a little disappointed that there were not many items on display at room temperature. The bottle opened without incident despite the warning to open the bottle. It had a modern taste with acidity and was very good, but to be honest, I felt like I was drinking Sengkyo from the middle of the bottle. (This is my personal opinion.)

This was my fourth visit to Bando City for the last day of a manga collaboration event. Since I would not be coming back for a while after this, I decided to buy Shurei, and this time I bought the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I also toured the remaining facilities of the Otsuka Sake Brewery, which I had passed over the last time I was here. Looking at the labels that are no longer available to the public, I felt a little sad. It is a fresh version of the Shu-green I bought before, with sweetness and umami, and a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. It reminds me of Raifuku, so I would like to go buy some more to check it out. I would like to go back to Tsuchiura for some other reason.

When I visited the station, it was open, so I bought some. We tasted about 4 or 5 other brands of sake, which made us lightly intoxicated. I heard a little bit about a certain sake brewery, and I thought their attitude of not pandering to the latest taste was very graceful, but if they kept reducing the number of stones, they would eventually go out of business...or they were willing to do so. It has been 4 months since I last tasted Koshi. It was a bit gassy, sweet, and tasty. I have known Kouji since I was in elementary school when I collected sake lids, but if it had tasted the same as it did back then, I might not have found it tasty. Thanks to the efforts of the sake brewers.

This is the third collaboration sake by SENKYO & SAKELABO. Learning from the lesson learned last time, we tried to make a reservation as soon as possible at the reservation start time, but the number of bottles was limited differently at each store, so we made a reservation for two bottles at Mashidaya in a hurry. This time, there were more stores handling the sake, so there was plenty of room to spare, although the sake seemed to have sold out by the end of the day. The Modern and Kirifuri are good, but I think this collaboration sake is my favorite. It is very satisfying after it goes down your throat after you put it in your mouth. I am happy that I was able to buy two bottles this time so I can still taste it. However, the span between the 2nd I am not sure if the span of time between the 2nd and 3rd bottles is a little too short. I'm grateful for that, though.

Like Blue Label, this one was also purchased at a liquor store in Mito. It was quite hard to bring back two bottles and various souvenirs from Mito. This green label is said to be a different yeast from the pink label (according to the website of the liquor store where I bought it), but I have never had the pink one, so it is impossible for me to feel the difference ^^^; I opened the bottle with great caution, because I was scared by the blue one, but this one did not make any noise. The taste was also sweet and tasty, and I couldn't really tell the difference between the blue one and the blue one. Is it the difference between Maikaze and Miyamanishiki?

My usual liquor store was closed as usual, so I went to the nearby Bic Camera to look at sake, and unexpectedly picked up something I had not expected. I was slightly concerned that the temperature in the refrigerator here is about 4 degrees Celsius, but my refrigerator at home is similar, so I guess I'll lose if I worry about it ^ ^; The fruity taste reminded me of grapefruit and the gaseous sensation made me feel it was very tasty. I was surprised that a sake as good as this is ranked 10th in Niigata sake by Sake-no-wa....what an idiot. This is really good and I want to buy it again!

It's been a while since I had a free coupon for Famipay, so it's been a while since I've had Mio. It's been a few years since I first drank it before I got into sake, or maybe it's been a few years since I had a premium one last year. It is very sweet and sour, but I think it is a little too sour. I think it is a little too sour, and I get tired of drinking it. Well, it may be just right because of its small volume. There seems to be a four-pack bottle, but it might be too much for one person to drink... I was able to reserve a bottle of Sentori Hello World this time, too. They have a lot of bottles available, so it wasn't a blink-and-you'll-miss-it situation. That's a good thing.

I went shopping at a nearby Yaoko and while browsing the sake section, I saw the character for "rainfall" and picked up a bottle thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be Kirifuri. I picked it up thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be "Kirifuri" (misty rain)! Well done Yaoko, now I don't have to be mounted by the people of Tochigi Prefecture (I won't say who they are)! Needless to say, thoughts such as, "Oh, I'm not going to say who it is. Oh, I'm looking forward to your visit to Tsudanuma Seven, although I won't say who it is. Perhaps it is because it is intended for sale at supermarkets, etc., it has a very light flavor, but it also has a sourness that reminds me of Senkou, and it goes down as easily as water. I drank a little too much, but it was a good sake, and it didn't leave any residue the next day either. I wonder if it is still sold?

Since my mother's family lives in Takayama Village (next to Nakanojo), I had been looking for a store that sold it for quite a while, and finally secured it at a liquor store in Mito. This time I was in Mito on an errand, so I was able to drop by on my way home; The rice used for the sake is Maikaze, and the sake claims to be made entirely in Gunma Prefecture. When I opened the bottle, the lid flew off just by unscrewing the clasp. It was not as strong as Orioli Rock in the mountains, but it scared me. It was quite tasty, with some gasiness (which disappeared the next day) and a sweet-tart taste. I think it could be a little less sweet, but it was OK because it was so good. During this expedition, we also stopped by the shrine of Kihanasakuyahime, the originator of the name. It is located in a residential area and the entrance is difficult to find.

This was also purchased at the 7-Eleven Tsudanuma store. Since I travel by public transportation, I generally try to buy only two bottles (because it is hard to carry them home), but this day I bought three bottles and a one-cup one, so it was quite a hassle to get home. However, I had no problem even with three bottles, so I think I will buy three bottles from now on... I could feel a slight modernity in the first few days after opening the bottle, but as the days went by, it seemed to be getting more gorgeous, so I might have drunk it more slowly. I would like to try it if there is a draft.

I bought this one at the 7-Eleven Tsudanuma store. I was not sure if it was a good idea to suddenly buy the back side of the bottle if I had never had Gassan before, but after reading the POP, I was more interested in the back side, so I had no choice but to buy it. I was not surprised to find that I spent more and more time in the liquor store to read the POP when there were so many items to choose from. I could tell from the aroma when the bottle was opened that it was a modern type of ginjo, and when I drank it, it was actually sweet and tasty, but I felt it was a little too strong^^; I got used to it, and it didn't bother me so much after the next day. It was rather tasty. I would like to drink the front side and compare them.

I bought this sake at Sakepo Osonoe Shoten when I visited Oarai. This store mainly stocks sake from Ibaraki, and while it is very nice to have a place where you can buy sake from various places, I wonder if this is more appropriate for a local sake shop (not that Ibaraki is the only place to buy sake). I also bought a glass. I will drink Ibaraki sake in this way from now on. Maybe. It has a slightly modern, yet refreshing taste, and I think it is better suited for a mealtime drink than as a stand-alone drink. I thought it went well with the mozzarella cheese I somehow bought. I would like to try the Urasato one next time. Oarai was too far away to check in from my home...^-^ I thought I might be able to go there if I registered this liquor store as a spot, but no luck. I have been wanting to visit the 7-Eleven Tsudanuma store for a while after seeing Kai's tweet on Twitter buzzing about it. Here is a bottle I bought there. The selection was as crazy as ever, and I became a suspicious person who went back and forth to the sales floor several times, wondering which one to buy. By the way, the temperature range of open cases in convenience stores is usually around 3 to 8 degrees Celsius, but Tsudanuma Seven's temperature range is 0 to 1 degree Celsius, so temperature control is not a problem. The label gives a classic impression, but when I drank it, I found that it was not too sweet and fruity, but also juicy enough to make you think it was sweet, in short, it was delicious. I drank almost half of it on the first day. To begin with, this sake was one of his trophies, so he honestly thought it would be delicious even before he drank it. I think I have finally found out the trend of my tastes after my last post and this one. Whether it is sweet or not is not so important, but whether it is modern or classic is probably the dividing line of my taste.

I bought this along with Shurei when I visited Bando City. Since this sake is also from Bando, I thought I had to give it a try. Bando City is famous as the place where Taira no Masakado died, and this sake seems to be named after him. The taste was a straightforward classic style that was not at all sweet or fruity, as the phrase "super dry" implies, but instead focused on the umami of the rice. This is the kind of sake that I used to think of as "not undrinkable, but not something I would willingly drink." I tried it heated, on the rocks, and with tea, but could not enjoy it. I tried heating it up, rocking it, mixing it with tea, etc., but could not enjoy it.

I visited to see if they still had some of the Kangiku Haruhi, but they said it was gone, so I bought this one. It is about time for the Kangiku I drank last year to be available again, and I wonder if I should check the difference from last year or look more into another brand.... This sake has sweetness and umami with a bit of bitterness, or rather, Eiko Fuji often seems rather like Kangiku. I like this strain, so I don't mind. When I bought this sake, I was allowed to compare it with the same brand that was sold last year and aged for a year at the store, and I was surprised at the considerable difference. I don't know if it was the effect of aging, the quality of last year's wine being better, or both, but I thought it would be fun to try aging it at home. I don't have a refrigerator;

This is the second collaboration sake between SENKYO and SAKELABO TOKYO. I tried to make a reservation at 11:10 a.m., but it was already sold out, and my 10 minutes of arrogance proved to be fatal. I had given up hope that it would be impossible this time, but Mr. Kakinuma told me that he would make a second reservation for me, so I rushed in right on time this time and made a reservation. This time it was nigori sake, and when I opened the bottle, there were enough bubbles to make the lees start dancing in the bottle, giving it a more beginner-friendly feel. The flavor was just as juicy and silky as last time, perhaps due to the acidity, and it was too delicious. I wanted to buy two bottles because I ran out in two days. If there will be another one, I won't be so proud of myself.

This sake, made with rice from Bando City, is currently brewed by Raifuku Shuzo in place of the Otsuka Shuzo, which went out of business. Since there was no information on the liquor store, I registered it with Swarm. It has a thick, sweet and slightly fruity taste with a classic flavor. I thought I've had this somewhere before... but it seems to be from Raifuku, since they share the same brewery. The last time I drank this was almost a year ago, so I may be speaking out of turn...^-^ It seems that there are many different specifications of sake, such as nama-shu, but it is quite difficult to track them down. The reason I visited Bando City in the first place was, like Tsuchiura City last year, to attend an event for a certain manga set in Ibaraki. Unlike Tsuchiura City, there is no train line in the city, so it is quite inaccessible, taking several dozen minutes by bus from a train station in a neighboring city. It would be a different story if I could use a car. One of our destinations was the "Bando City Tourism Exchange Center Shu-ryoku," which was formerly the Otsuka Sake Brewery. It seems that the former Otsuka Sake Brewery facility is still in use, and we were able to take a tour inside, but we didn't know about it beforehand, so we just took pictures of the outside and left. I may go there again during the period of the festival.

The Dobrok was sent together with the brewer Kuheiji. I wanted to try both of them, so the shipping cost was extra, but I guess it turned out ok. However, the shipping cost for sake is quite expensive... Although it is called "Dobrok," the amount of lees was the same as that of ordinary muddy sake. I don't mind if it contains as much lees as Fudo, because it's too much for me personally. Compared to Yukidaruma, which is from the same lineage, I personally preferred this one because it was not too dry. After all, Sentori is delicious!

I thought it would be a waste of shipping cost to buy only Sentori HelloWorld, so I added two other bottles to my cart and went through the purchase procedure, but this Kuheiji was delivered separately in the end because it could not be shipped together. It is a secret that I read it as "Kamoshininin" in the style of "Hisshikushikigotojin". On the first day after opening the bottle, I felt some alcohol taste, probably because I drank Kangiku's Red Diamond in rapid succession after finishing it, but after the next day, it was mellow, fruity, and very tasty.
