I bought it at IMADEYA Ekinka store in Chiba station, which was one of the stores I wanted to visit. It is good that I can stop by without going out of the ticket gate - I want to have it in my commuting area. I would have liked to visit the main store, but I gave up early after checking the location.... Now, let's see how the NEKUSUTO 5 is doing......yes, it is too delicious. It had just the right amount of flavor and fruity taste, and I drank too much while savoring it. This is the kind of wine I like. The following is a complete digression: The reason I went to Chiba station in the first place was to meet someone I had met through a certain game 21 years ago, but I regretted that I had to bother him because he was so hungry that he was dying of gastroenteritis. Why do I do this at a time like this? Well, the reason I met him now is because he suddenly started talking about suicide and was mentally unstable (although he had been hospitalized by a psychiatrist and seemed to have calmed down by the time I met him). Two days later, he was completely dead with a fever of 38.6 degrees Celsius and terrible diarrhea.

The year started and for the first time in quite a while, I ran out of sake at home, so I made my first visit to a liquor store this year. I found something I had seen in a tweet from this liquor store, so I bought it. I had seen this brand at Sake-no-wa and was curious about it, so I was glad to be able to buy it. I am glad I was able to buy it because there are far more things I can't buy; As the name suggests, it is slightly carbonated and has a fruity flavor. It is light in strength and has all the factors that make it easy to drink, making it tasty and easy for beginners. It is recommended to put it in the freezer and drink it as sleet, so I left about half a bottle in the freezer and put it there. I left it at room temperature for a while and drank it in a sorbet-like state, but this kind of thing is also quite good. I thought about doing it with that thing that I'm having trouble getting into my mouth, but I guess it would be too subtle even if I did it with pale...

I have already described in the 39 that I bought it together with the 39, or rather, when I tried to buy this one, the 39 was offered to me. It was the last business day of the year, and I was grateful that he took the trouble to bring it to me while there were other customers; It was a little crispier than the Kangiku I usually drink, and easy to drink and delicious. The taste was also quite different, but it is difficult to verbalize... Personally, I prefer the sweetness of this and 39.

When I went to a local supermarket to buy some crab for the New Year's holiday, I saw a bottle of Nabeshima and looked at it three times. I wondered why it was here, but I picked up a bottle. I was concerned about the lack of a price tag, but this supermarket sold Shichida, Kuroryu, and Kutouryu at regular prices, so I figured it would be okay and bought it. When I got home, I wondered how much they were, and when I looked at the receipt, it was about 1,000 yen more than the regular price. ~ Complete Aside from the crappy experience, the food was delicious. I could understand why everyone is talking about it so much. I would like to buy them if I see them again, since they seem to have various specifications. If possible, I would like to buy them at a fixed price.

I bought this together with Sakusaku Nouveau. It was a Chiba Prefecture limited edition, so I picked it up without thinking, but I didn't open the bottle until much later. I left it at work for a rather long time...I'm sorry. It was so far removed from what I consider nigori sake to be that I thought it might be doburoku. The amount of lees was so much that I thought it might be doburoku. It is a dry sake, so there is almost no sweetness, but rather a richness characteristic of nigori sake, and the excessive amount of lees in the sake makes it feel as if you are drinking unsweetened oshiruko (sweet red-bean soup) for a long time. It took me a while to finish it.

This was purchased along with Orioli Rock from Yamama. Koei Kiku was another brand that I had heard good things about but had never had a chance to pick up (I passed it up a lot), but I was finally able to purchase it. I didn't know that it was sparkling until I opened the bottle (there is an illustration on the tag that tells you that), so I was a bit surprised, but since I drank it just before Christmas, it was a good substitute for champagne. I would like to try another spec.

This one has the usual Kangiku-like sweetness and flavor, and I feel it is stable. Although I prefer Shiraginkai. I bought it at my usual liquor store, but 39 was already on sale on the day I went to buy it, and I was allowed to taste both Ginkai and 39. I have the same impression of Kangiku every time, but it is interesting to compare the two on the spot. I am not sure if it is just that the 39 is obviously clearer and easier to understand. The third one was aged in a convenience store for almost 3 years. It was given to me as a cooking sake, and when I drank a little bit of it, it was surprisingly not undrinkable. However, even if I drank the new one, it was not my favorite taste.

I stopped by a liquor store for the first time in a while and saw the new Saku sake on the shelf, so I picked it up without thinking. The last time I drank Saku, I was under the impression that it was not that good...but how about this time? I was relieved to find that it was quite fruity, not too sweet, easy to drink, and just plain delicious. The sake in the third photo was made at the brewery where my classmate who lived next door to me when I was a child, when I lived in an apartment complex, is currently working. I don't know him at all now, and the details are a personal story, so I'll spare you the details, but his mother sent it to me via my mother. I was surprised when I took a sip and thought "What the heck is this? I don't know what to do.

I found Omine at Hasegawa Sake Shop and was looking around the store to see what else to buy when I saw Morishima on the shelf. My friend had ordered this brand at the izakaya that got me started drinking sake (i.e., I didn't drink it myself), and I had wanted to try it for a while, which finally came true this time ^-^. However, when I tried it, my impression was that it was neither very good nor bad, and I didn't get any outstanding impression at all. So it was still too early for me.... At any rate, I will state that it is probably good as a food alcohol.

I wanted to try it based on its reputation but did not know where to find it, so I went to Hasegawa Sake Shop, which had it in stock by mail order, with a reading that it was also a real store, and was able to purchase it successfully ^-^ It is good that a liquor store with a good selection is fun just to look around. I would like to visit more stores. It was delicious, not too sweet and juicy. It may be my favorite nigori sake I have had to date. Do you just not know the ocean yet? I guess it's just that.... It is quite difficult to have a completely free holiday since the 27th at the end of last year until now, but I am fine.

New Year Happy New Year! We look forward to working with you again this year. As the New Year has begun, here is the last sake of last year and the first sake of this year. At the time of my last post, I thought it would be the last active nigori sake from Yamama, but since I was able to leave work one hour early on New Year's Eve, I was able to avoid spending the New Year's Eve on the train and was able to return home before the new year began, so I was able to drink it as the year passed. Well, I could not drink to the point of collapse on New Year's Day, because I started work at 11:00 a.m. ^-^; I was thankful for the 39th anniversary of the New Year, and drank a lot of sake. The taste was clear and crisp, perhaps due to the difference in polish, although it was the same as usual Kangiku. I think I prefer this one to the usual one. It is delicious. When I tried to buy this sake, the owner asked me if I had bought the Horizon, and when I told him I hadn't, he brought out a bottle hidden in the back and I bought it. To be honest, if it wasn't there, I thought it would be okay if it wasn't there, but when he told me he was saving it for a regular customer, I literally said thank you, thank you ^^^^^.

It's New Year's Eve, so I'll hurry up and show you what I drank at the end of this year. While the Yamama I drank before was very tasty, this sake was introduced on Twitter by Yajima Sake Brewery, and I thought, "This looks good," and went to buy it. As usual, the store is a poison to the eyes as it makes me want to buy all kinds of things.... I ended up buying another bottle. I bought a bottle of active nigori for the first time, and although detailed instructions on how to open it were written on the tag, I didn't have an ice pick at home, so I decided to remove the clasp for the time being, and at that point the lid popped! The lid flew off with a popping sound. It spilled a little and I was too careless; As for the taste, it was quite dry with a little bit of bubbles and almost no sweetness. I was a little sad that there was nothing that I was looking for in Yamama, even though I thought this was what it was. Thank you very much for your contribution to Sake-no-wa. Have a happy New Year ^-^.

On the way back from a food sanitation supervisor's seminar in Motoyawata, I stopped by a liquor store I wanted to visit, which was relatively close by, and bought this sake. To be honest, at the time I wondered if it was a good idea to buy this one, given the variety of nigori sake on the market. But I was surprised to find that it had a fruity flavor that I liked. It was probably the best I've tasted in recent years. I'm glad I didn't go through with it. I don't care if it's cloudy or not, as long as it tastes good. On the second day, I drank it after eating a lot of bean-curd soup with red pepper paste, and it tasted strange, but I think it was not a good combination.

Purchased at a certain convenience store. Yaoko didn't have it, but the convenience store did. Yaoko should try harder. It has a subtle sweetness and a certain umami flavor. It is not a classical taste, so it is easy to drink even for me, an amateur. It is not very flashy, but it is too good to be a sake you can buy at a convenience store. I preferred it chilled.

I was strongly mounted by Tochigi residents that Senkou is sold at Yaoko in Tochigi (just kidding), so I went to my neighborhood Yaoko and found that they did not have Kangiku or Kouji, but they did have Sanuki Kuraudei, so I bought it. I often see this brand at Tsudanuma Seven and other stores, and it is a candidate for purchase, but I tend to avoid it because I don't want to go out of my way to buy low alcohol. I wondered if this was really sake... I had the same impression before, but it was Mio Premium. It is less sweet and easier to drink than Mio Premium, but I prefer Mio Premium to Mio Premium in terms of taste by a slight margin. However, the cost performance is definitely better than Mio Premium.

Apparently it was very popular at Hakuginkai, and the store manager said that he reserved a few bottles for himself to drink, but in the end he sold them all to his customers and couldn't drink them ^^^; Some people came all the way from Kanagawa to drink it, so we had no choice but to sell it to them... I didn't feel any particular nigori (nigori sake) quality, perhaps because I've been drinking a lot of Kangiku (I preferred Denshogiku Oorigarami), but it is Kangiku, so it was natural to say that it was sweet and delicious.

I imagined it would taste like Senkou Mukonin, but it was different from what I expected. The unfiltered, unfiltered, draft sake version of Denshogiku, I'm glad I was able to purchase this one without hitting a closing during delivery (?). It is still sweet, as is typical of Kangiku! It's delicious! It was not as easy to drink as the orikarami. It is so consistently tasty that I would like to see a little change, but maybe I just can't sense it. The first one is the "Kuraku" which I bought together with Tenbi. The price was also high, but the price of Tenbi was high, so I chose the cheapest Junmai sake.
