I checked the liquor stores in the neighborhood again and found that there were quite a few different kinds, so I bought some at a liquor store that I visited anyway. Among the four brands introduced to me, I chose this one, which I thought I had seen at Sake-no-Wa. Of the remaining three, two were Kouji and Kangiku.
The first day after opening the bottle, I felt it was slightly difficult to drink, but it was a normal sweet-alty-fruity sake that was very tasty. I am grateful to the owner for accurately recommending my favorite sake. When I told him what I liked, he just said, "I like Nabeshima," or something like that. I was just saying, "I like Nabeshima." The fact that Kangiku and Koshi are not served here means that I am a small fish as a resident of Chiba Prefecture.
