I bought this bottle when I bought Shuroku at Furuya Soy Sauce Brewery. This one was also found chilling in a corner of the fridge. I'm sorry I really completely forgot about it 😖.
It's a very refreshing sake with a clear taste, as is typical of Niigata sake. It has a refreshing taste and is good as a food sake. It was a new experience for me that I didn't feel any kind of strange sweetness from the aluzoe. This kind of sake is totally fine.
