I bought a bottle of sake nouveau that I had reserved. I left home late, thinking that it would arrive in the evening at the earliest, since it was supposed to be squeezed and shipped as is, but it turned out that it arrived in the afternoon. I was ready to buy it as soon as I got home... I would have liked to have had some of the Denshikiku oriogara, but they were sold out; I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. It was sweet and tasty, fresh and delicious. I like that each brand of sake here has a different taste that I can easily distinguish. I want to try another one...or maybe I already have one. It seems that there will be an event at the brewery on the 19th, but I can't go because I have to work on Sunday.

I went to get a haircut to make sure the store was open on the day of arrival, and when I returned to buy it, it was closed with a delivery-in-progress tag, so I bought it later. It is difficult (to use this liquor store) unless you are able to see when delivery is in progress. The sake is slightly cloudy and slightly foamy, and although it is the usual sweet and tasty sake, it tasted so good that I emptied it in 2 days (it usually takes around 4 days). If it's still on sale, I'll probably repeat the experience. I'm looking forward to the next OCEAN99, which also seems to be nigori!

I'm a meeja who ended up buying it because it was advertised on sakelabo. I am a meek person who bought it because it was advertised by SakeLabo. I wondered if it would be a good idea to suddenly drink a limited edition sake when I have never had Kyokkou before, but then again, I drank Sengoku and Hello World first to begin with, so it doesn't really matter! It is fruity but not too sweet and refreshing, and the low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink. This is also one of those bottles that you can't help but drink too much of. I'm also interested in the non-limited brands. There are strange rumors about the Amami brewery, but if they are true, I wonder if I should buy it again when I see it... It's too bad, because it's so good.

Secession. I decided to try it because it looks interesting as a sake available at a convenience store. The impression from the capacity and label is that it is a wine.... It has juicy acidity, sweetness, and a little bit of alcohol, but it gives the impression of a white wine. The alcohol content is 11, so from the convenience store's point of view, I think it is a step up from Mio. Well, many of the four-pack bottles in convenience stores have a classic flavor, so it may go in the direction of white wine, but "that is also wine".

When I visited Yajima Sake Shop for the first time in about four months, there were so many brands I wanted to try that I was very troubled; I was only going to buy one bottle, but I ended up buying two bottles, and I had to forego Koei Kiku, Akatombo, and others. My hair fell out from my back. One of my choices was Tenbi. There were four varieties in the lineup, and I was not sure which one to buy, but I decided to go with Yamada-Nishiki because it had a good reputation and I was sure I would not miss out on any of them. It was sweet and fruity, and I was a bit impressed with how smoothly it went down. This is too good. If it weren't for the price of two cheap Shiawase bottles, I'd be tempted to repeat this bottle. If I see it again, I would consider it.

It was purchased at the 7-Eleven Tsudanuma store along with the moon after the rain. Although there were other candidates such as Kaze no Mori and Megane with various specifications, I had never had sake from a Hokkaido brewery, so I made my choice. I was afraid to try the Hokkaido sake, but I found it to be sweet and delicious. It was sweet and tasty, with a bit of bitterness, like Hoshikai in OCEAN99. Mine didn't get better because it wasn't banana yeast (?). I'm not sure if it's a banana yeast or something else.

After a long night shift, I went straight to the Seven-Eleven Tsudanuma store to buy it. I was looking around for a variety of sake, but I had enjoyed a Junmai Daiginjyo Hakutsuru Nishiki that I had drunk before, so I followed the phantom of that one. Unfortunately, the taste was a bit subtle, as I did not like the fruity flavor on the palate, although it had a clean aftertaste. I did not think it would interfere with a meal. I looked up Sakasui no Yoruake and found that it had been taken down and was in court. Recently, there was also a rainfall, but I guess this gyokai has a lot going on. I don't know if this is related, but I heard that Fama is going to start selling Sesession and Yumemirumae no Mae no Hitsuji on Tuesday, so I'm going to give them a try. ～Finished!

On my way home from the hospital, I stopped by Nihon-Ya to see if they had any Monochrome since yesterday, today, and today were the shipping days for Kangiku, and found that it was already in stock, so I bought it. When I visited the store, there was a person who had already bought it, and he said that he had come once in the morning. He was too stubborn. As for the taste, I can say that it is the same as Kangiku, but the taste of this one is mellower than the others, making it even easier to drink. It is delicious. I think I have renewed my personal No. 1 ranking of Kangiku. (The previous No. 1 was OCEAN99 Aomi) I've also reserved a bottle of Sakasui no Dawn. I bought it with Yamamoto at the convenience store. It is nice to have a place where we can buy this within biking distance (although it is quite tiring due to the many hills). Yamamoto, which I had been interested in for a long time, but had passed on it in favor of other things, was finally purchased. The label on the back of the bottle is full of deliciousness. The fruity flavor and acidity with a moderate sweetness made it delicious. I was tempted to drink too much of it, but I restrained myself and drank it the next day. I would definitely like to try the other label they sell.

I put in an order myself, but it's not moving very well, so I bought one. The previous seasonal ones sold well, but I wonder if the fact that this one is in a box for nothing is raising the bar? It tastes very sweet and sour and certainly has a fruity taste. I wonder if rice, rice malt, and carbonated acid are the only ingredients. It is a low alcohol, so as expected, it kills in an instant.

OCEAN99 I bought it because I thought it was a new release. I went to a nearby store to see if they had any chrysanthemums, and they did. I was told that it had been burned once, but it was as sweet as ever. Delicious. I think that's all I have to say. But that's all right, because that's what I'm buying it for. When I started Sake-no-wa, I wanted to fill up the whole map, but I noticed that I have a bias toward Chiba. Well, it's local sake, so it's good to support buying local. I bought it while I went to buy OCEAN99. Kouko chose this one because both Apple and LODESTAR were good. To be honest, there was almost no gasiness (because it's been 3 months?), but it was quite tasty with a sweet taste reminiscent of chrysanthemum. It is quite tasty with a sweet taste that reminds me of Kangiku. I should have chosen something not from the same family because I also bought a KANGiku at the same time; When I inquired in the chat room about a restaurant that did not appear when I selected a location for check-in, I was told that it would appear if I registered it with Swarm, so I registered one restaurant. This was purchased together with pine midori. After much hesitation, I decided on this one after reading the wording of the product description. It is juicy with sweetness and sourness (the wording) and very tasty...I felt this was quite similar to the Modern Sentori Mukunin. I thought it was a bit different, though, as I was drinking it chilled and as it approached room temperature, the mellowness started to come out. When I searched for a check-in for this sake, I didn't find anyone who said the same thing, so maybe I have a crazy tongue, but in any case, it was delicious ^^^.

I found out that there is a convenience store near my friend's parents' house that used to be a sake brewery, and I went there and found that they have 4 kinds of limited edition sake from Kangiku and Yamamoto, which are quite good. I think I will buy sake here for a while (although I can't buy much for a while because an unexpected person sent me some sake). I bought this one because it was recommended at the store. It had a flavor and sweetness like Raifuku, but I didn't like the bitterness that lingered afterwards ^ ^; I had no choice but to add ice and gobble it down. I learned this method from T.KISO. I bought it together with Senkori. At some sake stores, you have to buy other sake over 3,300 yen for Tasake, so Izumiya is a very nice place to buy Tasake. The combination of the refreshing taste of the sake and the tasty flavor of the rice wine makes it look the strongest. It is probably the best to drink during these hot days. Unrelated to this, the results of my health checkup have arrived, and I was successfully caught. However, it was not the liver, but the kidneys. Is this a bad one...?

The taste is sweet and delicious as usual, but the bitter aftertaste is a characteristic of the rice, which is why it is good even while eating. However, there are four limited editions of Kangiku, and if I keep chasing after them, I may end up drinking Kangiku forever, so next time I would like to try something different. I've updated the Android version of Sake-no-Wawa, but the font has gotten bigger and it's a little harder to read...
