I thought it would be a waste of shipping cost to buy only Sentori HelloWorld, so I added two other bottles to my cart and went through the purchase procedure, but this Kuheiji was delivered separately in the end because it could not be shipped together. It is a secret that I read it as "Kamoshininin" in the style of "Hisshikushikigotojin". On the first day after opening the bottle, I felt some alcohol taste, probably because I drank Kangiku's Red Diamond in rapid succession after finishing it, but after the next day, it was mellow, fruity, and very tasty. It was a little expensive, but I want to drink it again. I want to keep in mind that it is important to take a day off from drinking. I need to do something about my HDL cholesterol level, which is not good if I don't exercise...

Good morning, Jay & Nobby! Actually, I was too late to buy it when it first went on sale (it was already sold out within 10 minutes), but I managed to buy it when Kaki-numa-san resold it. The last one was too good, so I am looking forward to this one too!

I bought it at my usual liquor store. When I asked about the next shipment of Kangiku, I was told that it would arrive on "Haruhi Day," and I was expecting another store to not have it on Leap Day. Four years later...will I still be drinking sake? I thought it was the usual Kangiku, sweet and tasty...but there was something more to it than that, but I couldn't figure out where it was coming from...but from what I read in Sake-no-wa's post, it seems to have a sourness to it. I also like Senkyoku, so I guess that's what it is.

This was also purchased at Miyoshiya Sake Shop. I was curious about it, but another reason for my choice was that I have never had sake from Nagano. I need to fill in the map a bit... The sake had a slight leesiness, but it did not taste like nigori sake and was not that sweet, fresh, fruity, and very tasty. It was worth the trip to Takachiyo. I would like to go back.

Purchased at Miyoshiya Sake Shop in Yachiyodai, which I had planned to visit once. The tag you see at Sake-no-Wa "You can't go wrong with hiragana takachiyo." Is this true? I was wondering if this was true, so I chose this one, but to be honest, I was really thinking that it must be delicious anyway. The first day I opened the bottle, I didn't think it was a nigori sake, but after the next day, I felt it was very rich and very tasty. The next day, however, it was very tasty. I was supposed to go to Utsunomiya on the 20th. Friend I: "I don't remember & I made other plans. Friend Y: "I was in an extremely critical situation and it had slipped my mind." So, it disappeared; Well, it was convenient for me too, because the event I wanted to go to was suddenly announced. I will definitely go next time.

I bought it with Tedorigawa. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw "Pray for" by Kangiku at this convenience store. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Kangiku's "Pray for" on the shelf; The Pure Black was quite tasty, but this one is good, too. The text on the back label is also playful and nice. I feel the aesthetics in daring to write something that doesn't need to be referred to (?). I like the way it is written on the back of the label.

Purchased at Sake-no-Oikawa on the way home from a visit to the Ichikawa Fire Department for a fire prevention manager training course. It was inevitable that I would be drawn to this liquor store when I went to Motoyawata. I had to go straight to work afterwards, so it would have been better in terms of time if I had not stopped by, but it was inevitable. It is sweet and tasty, fresh and reminiscent of Sakasai's Dawn. I wanted to drink this as soon as it was released, but I had never heard of Risshun Asa Shibori until I saw it at Sake-no-Wawa.

It has been a long time since I bought this at a nearby convenience store. After much hesitation, the deciding factors were that I had been interested in the sake for a long time and that it was brewed in Ishikawa Prefecture. It may not make much sense. The sake is not so sweet, but has a nice flavor and is easy to drink and tasty. The image I had was similar to that of Koshi Junmai. I would like to try another spec. The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's guidelines for drinking alcohol are very strict, and it is risky to drink less than 1 gou of sake.

I visited and purchased it a few days after it went on sale. I was quite surprised to hear that I was the third person, according to the owner. Well, I guess it can't be helped that the store is often closed... It had a level of bubbles that was totally more robust than I had expected, and I would call it slightly carbonated. It was almost gone by the next day, though. It was tasty as usual, and I had never had this level of bubbles with Kangiku in my life, so it was fresh (or maybe I just forgot).

I bought it at IMADEYA Ekinka store in Chiba station, which was one of the stores I wanted to visit. It is good that I can stop by without going out of the ticket gate - I want to have it in my commuting area. I would have liked to visit the main store, but I gave up early after checking the location.... Now, let's see how the NEKUSUTO 5 is doing......yes, it is too delicious. It had just the right amount of flavor and fruity taste, and I drank too much while savoring it. This is the kind of wine I like. The following is a complete digression: The reason I went to Chiba station in the first place was to meet someone I had met through a certain game 21 years ago, but I regretted that I had to bother him because he was so hungry that he was dying of gastroenteritis. Why do I do this at a time like this? Well, the reason I met him now is because he suddenly started talking about suicide and was mentally unstable (although he had been hospitalized by a psychiatrist and seemed to have calmed down by the time I met him). Two days later, he was completely dead with a fever of 38.6 degrees Celsius and terrible diarrhea.

The year started and for the first time in quite a while, I ran out of sake at home, so I made my first visit to a liquor store this year. I found something I had seen in a tweet from this liquor store, so I bought it. I had seen this brand at Sake-no-wa and was curious about it, so I was glad to be able to buy it. I am glad I was able to buy it because there are far more things I can't buy; As the name suggests, it is slightly carbonated and has a fruity flavor. It is light in strength and has all the factors that make it easy to drink, making it tasty and easy for beginners. It is recommended to put it in the freezer and drink it as sleet, so I left about half a bottle in the freezer and put it there. I left it at room temperature for a while and drank it in a sorbet-like state, but this kind of thing is also quite good. I thought about doing it with that thing that I'm having trouble getting into my mouth, but I guess it would be too subtle even if I did it with pale...

I have already described in the 39 that I bought it together with the 39, or rather, when I tried to buy this one, the 39 was offered to me. It was the last business day of the year, and I was grateful that he took the trouble to bring it to me while there were other customers; It was a little crispier than the Kangiku I usually drink, and easy to drink and delicious. The taste was also quite different, but it is difficult to verbalize... Personally, I prefer the sweetness of this and 39.

When I went to a local supermarket to buy some crab for the New Year's holiday, I saw a bottle of Nabeshima and looked at it three times. I wondered why it was here, but I picked up a bottle. I was concerned about the lack of a price tag, but this supermarket sold Shichida, Kuroryu, and Kutouryu at regular prices, so I figured it would be okay and bought it. When I got home, I wondered how much they were, and when I looked at the receipt, it was about 1,000 yen more than the regular price. ~ Complete Aside from the crappy experience, the food was delicious. I could understand why everyone is talking about it so much. I would like to buy them if I see them again, since they seem to have various specifications. If possible, I would like to buy them at a fixed price.

I bought this together with Sakusaku Nouveau. It was a Chiba Prefecture limited edition, so I picked it up without thinking, but I didn't open the bottle until much later. I left it at work for a rather long time...I'm sorry. It was so far removed from what I consider nigori sake to be that I thought it might be doburoku. The amount of lees was so much that I thought it might be doburoku. It is a dry sake, so there is almost no sweetness, but rather a richness characteristic of nigori sake, and the excessive amount of lees in the sake makes it feel as if you are drinking unsweetened oshiruko (sweet red-bean soup) for a long time. It took me a while to finish it.

This was purchased along with Orioli Rock from Yamama. Koei Kiku was another brand that I had heard good things about but had never had a chance to pick up (I passed it up a lot), but I was finally able to purchase it. I didn't know that it was sparkling until I opened the bottle (there is an illustration on the tag that tells you that), so I was a bit surprised, but since I drank it just before Christmas, it was a good substitute for champagne. I would like to try another spec.

This one has the usual Kangiku-like sweetness and flavor, and I feel it is stable. Although I prefer Shiraginkai. I bought it at my usual liquor store, but 39 was already on sale on the day I went to buy it, and I was allowed to taste both Ginkai and 39. I have the same impression of Kangiku every time, but it is interesting to compare the two on the spot. I am not sure if it is just that the 39 is obviously clearer and easier to understand. The third one was aged in a convenience store for almost 3 years. It was given to me as a cooking sake, and when I drank a little bit of it, it was surprisingly not undrinkable. However, even if I drank the new one, it was not my favorite taste.

I stopped by a liquor store for the first time in a while and saw the new Saku sake on the shelf, so I picked it up without thinking. The last time I drank Saku, I was under the impression that it was not that good...but how about this time? I was relieved to find that it was quite fruity, not too sweet, easy to drink, and just plain delicious. The sake in the third photo was made at the brewery where my classmate who lived next door to me when I was a child, when I lived in an apartment complex, is currently working. I don't know him at all now, and the details are a personal story, so I'll spare you the details, but his mother sent it to me via my mother. I was surprised when I took a sip and thought "What the heck is this? I don't know what to do.

My friend had ordered this brand at the izakaya that got me started drinking sake (i.e., I didn't drink it myself), and I had wanted to try it for a while, which finally came true this time ^-^. However, when I tried it, my impression was that it was neither very good nor bad, and I didn't get any outstanding impression at all. So it was still too early for me.... New Year Happy New Year! We look forward to working with you again this year. As the New Year has begun, here is the last sake of last year and the first sake of this year. At the time of my last post, I thought it would be the last active nigori sake from Yamama, but since I was able to leave work one hour early on New Year's Eve, I was able to avoid spending the New Year's Eve on the train and was able to return home before the new year began, so I was able to drink it as the year passed. Well, I could not drink to the point of collapse on New Year's Day, because I started work at 11:00 a.m. ^-^; I was thankful for the 39th anniversary of the New Year, and drank a lot of sake. The taste was clear and crisp, perhaps due to the difference in polish, although it was the same as usual Kangiku. I think I prefer this one to the usual one. It is delicious. When I tried to buy this sake, the owner asked me if I had bought the Horizon, and when I told him I hadn't, he brought out a bottle hidden in the back and I bought it. To be honest, if it wasn't there, I thought it would be okay if it wasn't there, but when he told me he was saving it for a regular customer, I literally said thank you, thank you ^^^^^.

It's New Year's Eve, so I'll hurry up and show you what I drank at the end of this year. While the Yamama I drank before was very tasty, this sake was introduced on Twitter by Yajima Sake Brewery, and I thought, "This looks good," and went to buy it. As usual, the store is a poison to the eyes as it makes me want to buy all kinds of things.... I ended up buying another bottle. I bought a bottle of active nigori for the first time, and although detailed instructions on how to open it were written on the tag, I didn't have an ice pick at home, so I decided to remove the clasp for the time being, and at that point the lid popped! The lid flew off with a popping sound. It spilled a little and I was too careless; As for the taste, it was quite dry with a little bit of bubbles and almost no sweetness. I was a little sad that there was nothing that I was looking for in Yamama, even though I thought this was what it was. Thank you very much for your contribution to Sake-no-wa. Have a happy New Year ^-^.
