After finishing the Sakiyami, I opened a bottle of the recently released Famima's limited edition Hoshigetsuya.
This very sweet, sour and juicy low-alcohol sparkling sake is just like Mio. If it is sold in convenience stores, I think this is the right line, but I would have liked to see more different characteristics. It is delicious, though.
It is strange that the seller is Gekkeikan but the manufacturer is Sanko Shokuhin. I wonder why they don't manufacture it themselves.... I thought the brewer should be Sanko Shokuhin Kogyo, but since the non-sparkling version is manufactured by Gekkeikan, I decided to go with them.
I wondered if Sanko Shokuhin Kogyo had a license to produce sake, but it seems they have already obtained one for sparkling.
