When I heard about this sake, I wanted to try it, so I called the distributor to check the stock. I was told that it is made with white malted rice and tastes like white wine, so I took a sip and sure enough, it tasted like that...I haven't had white wine for years, so I may be speaking out of turn...^-^; It was delicious chilled, so I would like to try heating the other bottle. I would like to try heating the other bottle (I bought two bottles by mistake).

I checked the liquor stores in the neighborhood again and found that there were quite a few different kinds, so I bought some at a liquor store that I visited anyway. Among the four brands introduced to me, I chose this one, which I thought I had seen at Sake-no-Wa. Of the remaining three, two were Kouji and Kangiku. The first day after opening the bottle, I felt it was slightly difficult to drink, but it was a normal sweet-alty-fruity sake that was very tasty. I am grateful to the owner for accurately recommending my favorite sake. When I told him what I liked, he just said, "I like Nabeshima," or something like that. I was just saying, "I like Nabeshima." The fact that Kangiku and Koshi are not served here means that I am a small fish as a resident of Chiba Prefecture.

Bought grilled chicken, planted and herring pickled in sansho (Japanese pepper) that I bought from a mail-order company and 😂! It has a sweet and sour taste, as if lactic acid bacteria is working. It has a sour and mellow taste. It's a great drink 😄. The sourness stands out when it's cold, I'm sure you'll enjoy the sweetness of this wine. I tried it lukewarm for the first time this season and it was the most surprising. The principle principle of Kurosawa's sake brewing, red label. The mouthfeel is light, but then the sweetness comes in thick. The sweetness is quite sticky and delicious.
