When I asked him to buy me a bottle of Sei sake, he sent me a picture of the sales floor of a liquor store and asked me which sake I wanted to buy. I requested the unfamiliar Kanto-no-Hana and got it! One of the reasons is that it was sold at room temperature because it cannot be cooled during transportation.
I chilled it at home before serving. It is delicious with a clear flavor that is easy to drink with just the right amount of fruity notes 😋I would have believed it if someone had told me it was a fresh sake. I can easily imagine that this would definitely be delicious in the Holy 🤤.
