It has the sweetness that is typical of Eikoufuji, the richness that is characteristic of nigori, and a slight bubbling. It is consistently delicious. It says "be careful of spewing," but there was no danger at all. Maybe because it has been a little while since it was produced? Anyway, it was delicious and ran out quickly.
