This is the second sake I purchased from the Chiba Sake Brewers Association, and this one was actually the exact same one I bought last year, but after drinking the sparkling one the other day, I had a hankering for a regular Narumi again, so it was a choice I had to make. I should have come here for the undrinkable Chiba sake...
As I expected, the unique sourness and the refreshing taste with a moderate sweetness are as good as ever. It is suitable for hot days. I didn't feel much gasiness. I will buy another spec next time 😌.
