I bought this at the second liquor store in Saitama. I could tell from the outside that the store was promoting Houou Mita, and I actually ended up buying the 2nd Mikumari of Houou Mita. Although I couldn't find any Saitama sake that I was interested in, I felt that it was a bit of a downfall.
I had actually tried two bottles of Hououmida when I first started drinking sake and was not very good at it, so I was a little worried about Mikumari as well. However, when I tried it, I found it to be very tasty with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness, and a touch of effervescence.
I would like to revisit the classic Houou Mita sometime soon.
